Got mine a few weeks ago. It’s amazing with the humidity controller and I got a VIVOSUN heat controller. Fully automated tek. Cant beat it

Glad you like it! Out of curiosity, how are you using the VIVOSUN mat? Do you have it in direct contact with your bins/blocks?
@Pigeonbutt3 ай бұрын
@@NorthSpore I’m not using a mat. I’m using the small space heater and I have it set up facing low into the bottom of my boom room. I set the controller to 76 F and the tent stays about 77 to 78. Works perfect. All my blocks are almost fully colonized and should be into fruiting in about 2 weeks.

Any chance you could shoot a quick video of the setup? Would love to see how you incorporated the heat controller. I'll be purchasing one here soon and definitely need some heat.

This is so cool, I have that tent but without the sleeves, what about heating?

Thank you for the question! This product is designed for indoor use, so a heating element isn't necessary. The automated kits do come with a humidifier controller to allow you to monitor and adjust the humidity levels.

Do we need to keep the Duct fan ON 24x7 ?
@NorthSpore2 ай бұрын
It really depends on your set up with the humidifier and which species you're growing (whether or not they need a lot of air exchange).

What do u think bout safety? I mean the spores they dangerous to humans,dont they?
@NorthSpore3 ай бұрын
Great question! There are a couple of different ways to approach this. The FAE fan filter will catch a good percentage of spores, and significantly reduce the risk of them entering your living spaces. With that being said, if you're worried about spore load, you can attach black ducting to your fan and exhaust them out a window - or harvest your mushrooms earlier, before they start producing spores. Spores in general aren't dangerous to humans. However, they can cause irritation in your lungs if you're exposed to them for an extended period of time.
