Thanks for the video! Any idea on how to get fields to auto-fill just by selecting the contact? i.e. email, phone, fax, etc.?

I'd use a record-triggered Flow (fast field update) on the Quote that does a get record on the contact and then sets the values on email, phone, fax, etc if those values are blank.
