You can also use the handle of a pliers. You stick the handle in the hole and pull the other handle.

Can someone answer this question. I have had someone put in a new drive he's done a bad job. There is pipe outside house going into a drain. His workmen covered this up. And told him no drain Well I found a drain cover in the garden small one. He's saying you can have a drain cover without a drain that doesn't seem right to ne. He says he will see tobit he's still saying no drain he might just dig a hole and say there's no hole. He's done a bad job
