Hi AM, No. The cleaning tablets clean the internal brewing components. The cleaning agent would not remove scale and the agent does not and should not enter the boiler which heats water for the machine.

You guys seem to know my new machine well. Is there an option in the programming to set the Cappuccino Rinse to rinse after several cups? I would like to make several caps or lattes in the morning without having to rinse in between each one. This takes a lot of time and water filling. Thank you.

+Kelly Jansema Hi Kelly, Fairly certain you do not have to rinse after every milk based drink. Although the machine prompts you to do a rinse fairly certain you can continue to make more milk based drinks without doing so.

Hi, after cleaning, can you brew coffee and drink right away or do you need to rinse through a few more times. Just do not want to drink any part of the tablet! Thank you.

Hi Lisa, Thanks for a great question! As part of the cleaning process Jura machines perform a rinse at the end of the cleaning cycle so you are good to go according to Jura. That said, I have a Jura Micro 90 at home and out of an abundance of caution I run an espresso shot and discard after cleaning. Probably not needed but I'm particular! Marc
