Muscle & Strength For abs I have to do supersets. For both my high and low ab muscles. And I have to stay at 10 to 12 reps. If I don't do supersets and if I go below 10 to 12 reps or above then I won't have a six pack no matter what my fat percentage is. That's my huge tip. Also, for a bubble but I have to do squats, whenever I try to substitute other leg exercises it doesn't work. And, I go as far down as possible for the highest range of motion. Us tall guys have it hard. But, we get the most compliments from women when we do build muscle at our height. :)

@@BrimsHL Biggest misnomer. Men give out workout body compliments, women never do. They might be biologically attracted to your height (and comment on how tall you are), but anything else (e.g. abs) is only a novelty to them.
@krane155 жыл бұрын
@Luke Clifton Standing calve raises on the squat rack is limitless. You can also modify a seated calf raise by using a pad on the bar and stacking plates to place your feet on. However, there is a dedicated seated calf raise machine that does not extend full for someone of your height. I'm 6'4 where the machines maxes out.

THANK YOU. I'm above 6'6 and the only other youtuber giving advice for tall guys is Aaron Reed. It's twice as hard to put on muscle for guys 6'2 and taller. Arnold has gone on record that he had two workout four three hours when Franco who is shorter and with the same build worked out for half that. 25% of the guys who are in gyms are 6'2 and taller. That's MILLIONS of guys who have a hard time putting on muscle. Thanks again, please post more videos. Most workouts will only benefit short guys around 5 foot 5.

pulled that 25% statistic straight out of ur ass
@krane155 жыл бұрын
@@barrydebois5390 Yeah, its not even close to that. Unless he's referring to some special gym? I'm 6'4 and I'm usually the tallest member. In my gym there's no more than 3 guys at anyone time that are 6'2 or taller. In the U.S. only about 14% of all males are 6'2 and taller.
@ManMan-ko7ll5 жыл бұрын
Taller people on average are stronger than shorts, the strongest men in the world have all been 6’3 or up. And the greatest athletes ever have been 6’0 or up.
@krane155 жыл бұрын
@@ManMan-ko7ll There's just more real estate for muscle so there will be more muscle overall. On the other hand, leverage, balance and center-of-gravity will tend to work against the taller athlete.

I've noticed this problem in most tall guys: Developing a full chest. Because not only are we taller our shoulders are also wider so it's harder to develop the lower sides of the chest. I added flyes into my workout which definitely helps. But, any other tips will most definitely be appreciated. Also, peaks are a huge problem as well with our arms being so long. I KNOW theres's SECRETS, since Arnold at his tallest had peaks that out did even short guys. Thanks again Muscle and Strength. I will mention your great site on other comments sections. And, look forward to your future videos.
