quick tutorial on how i do my crepe paper rosettes

Decorating my apartmwnt for halloween and wanted to decorate with crepe paper streamers and retro paper decorations for a bit of 90's nostalgia and had no clue what I was doing when I got the crepep paper home. Thanks, for the quick tutorial, I even layered multiple colors, didnt think the stapler would go thought but worked just fine; my apartment feels much more cozier now.
