Quick Update: First 6 months of ownership | Current mods and plans for the car! 2023 BMW M3

In the first 6 months of owning my G80 I've focused mostly on protecting the exterior and interior of the vehicle, since I plan on keeping this one for the long haul. Now, I'm working towards bolt-ons, appearance, and more power! I LOVE this car overall thus far. NO issues. NO regrets on this purchase!

Beautiful G80. I built a 23 M3CX. I did the same thing. First thing done was front PPF and full CC. Also planned on keeping this car. I went with the Active Autowerk single mid pipe and combined it with the dahler valve controller . Very happy with that set up. Unfortuanetly, a teenager t boned me a month ago. When I only had 1300 miles on the car. That was very upsetting. Stay safe out there

Nice car bud. I want mine tinted like yours, exterior in Dravit Grey with carbon fittings, 826 bi colour rims and interior in red with carbon overlays to give it that wow factor. In my region of SA the M3 comes with all the extras standard except for the individual colours, carbon and extended leather. BMW has gotten us with this one. 🎉

That blue is beautiful. I think personally darker colors look so good on these cars, I went with Darvit grey but still waiting for build progress start. What tint % did you go with all around?

Thank you! 🙏 Yeah this is Interlagos Blue Metallic, and I agree, dark colors look amazing. Great choice on the Dravit Grey! My M340i was Dravit and it’s still one of my favorite BMW colors. I have 15% all the way around and 70% on the windshield to keep it cooler.

My dad has an g82 m4 and put straight pipes on it 200 cat ones with an r44 exhaust it’s so crazy loud you should do that 👍

Waiting on your suspension install video bud. Does 15mm rub in the back when the family in the car?

Absolutely! Suspension coming within the next month 🤘🏼. Also, there’s been no rubbing in the rear, with 15mm, and with my wife and son in the car. But, my suspension is also stock height right now so I will definitely do another video after my new setup is installed to give a full review with any feedback/issues 👊🏼

@@legacydriven thank you sir and love your videos. I will do 12 in the front and 15 in the back. I think I will stay on stock suspension for a little while. I have the euro front springs only coming in and I will only be doing the front. I want the car to be functional just like you and don’t have to worry about scraping every dip. My low rider live is over. And I think with a little drop in the front will look good and not ricey. Factory should make the car like that. Thanks again and looking forward to more work of yours. I also got the TLG mud flaps. I will put them on with the spacers.

I want everything to look good, of course, but not at the expense of functionality because I value the high performance characteristics over everything else 😎 Yeah front springs alone would definitely improve the overall look!
