Jason HERE IS SOMETHING YOU NEED TO WATCH ! GO TO (FALL LINE RIDGE) and watch (The Best Sawmill Upgrade I've Ever Made) He shows making a ramp &log deck for his sawmill with a winch to pull the logs on the mill . WITH VERY LITTLE COST. Would sure make your one man operation simple. He used an electric winch but I have also seen a winch like you see on a boat trailer used. GOOD LUCK .

I enjoy watching your videos on your cabin build, and looking forward to watching as it progresses, you need to get you a log turner, with a long handle and a hook on it, and build you a little platform for rolling the logs up on your sawmill , instead of lifting them, it would make things a little easier, I think, looking forward to the rest of the build, be careful
