Glad you guys did ok this storm. I'll admit I've not watched much KZbin lately so I've missed something big. I did just catch a headline that upset me and I watched the video from the Junods. Please Jason and Danielle, contact, by phone, and have a conversation with them. I cried hearing the heartbreak the Junod's have. They truly are friends and want to mend what you all had. You don't have to be "friends" with all the same people. They heard negative about you guys (oh their not nice) but the Junods chose to make their own opinions. They didn't do anything deliberate. They had a business transaction. I truly want this resolved and I'll pray y'all come together. Love you all. Be safe.❤

With Guardian dogs , you need to take them around their borders for awhile to show them what they are to protec,. Where their homes are and their jobs. They have to have a job or they will try to leave to find one. Show them what they protect. Please don't rehome then to.people because they have land. @caroline9777 I hear you. But when used correctly they dont have to shock more than once. It is better than a bullet from the neighbors. Personally my LGDs are inside their own large yard inside my yard. I use livestock panels with an electric wire at the top to stop climbing out. They got shocked once and never tried again.

In my experience shock collars don't work well with some dogs, Great Pyrenees especially.

I think the dogs are more dedicated to their masters than the master to the dog. Best to rehome. IF they take the time to find a good home. Not to convinced they will.

You have mentioned a lot about the slab hasn’t cracked. It shouldn’t ever crack do to the rebar in it. 😢 I just haven’t figured out out if you’re just going to do a house or the feed bend with an add on. 🤔 If so if you think sealing around the bottom of the feed bend was tuff on the deck. You probably haven’t tackled nothing yet? 🥴🙏 It’s looking good love me a pond. I used to have thousands of koi’s and gold fish. And wood docks each year in my tiny pond. Till I clean out all around it. Opened it up. Then they all got swooped up. By pelicans or whatever they were. 😡 And the wood ducks quit stopping every year. 🙄

My thought about the dogs getting out of your fence: Have you considered an invisible fence for dogs? You bury the wire down in the ground in the area you want to maintain and keep your dogs. It's just a matter of Sizing up the collars for each dog and a simple training process. Once they learn the boundaries, they won't cross that line. Stay dry stay safe good luck with the build and with the root canal
