Wonderful and inspiring video, as usual! I recommend your channel to everyone. Your subscriber numbers have really grown! You have the voice, mannerisms, attitude, and style to really take off with this channel if you started posting once a week. Plus the recipes you cook are so family friendly. I learned a lot from your channel when I first switched to wfpb. I especially appreciate all the McDougall recipes you fix since his books don't have pictures! Thank you so much for all your hard work, thanks to your husband for his great camera skills and editing, and thanks to your beautiful kids for sharing their home and their meals with us! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Just made this bread. It was the greatest recipe I ever used. I hate how wheat bread dough is always sticky, nut with this recipe you hardly ever touch the dough and when you do it’s with flour covered hands. Thank you so much.

I have the *exact* same mill and I also make no knead bread all whole wheat!This is the king. I just don't add white flour anymore, just pure .. straight from the grains. :-)

I know, this is my quicky bread. Most of the time I use 100% whole grains and the sourdough starter. (my pet) I will be making a video of my overnight bread soon. I LOVE this mill!!! So glad to see others with the similar experiences.

Thanks for this quick recipe! Looks just like the Czech bread I grew up with, except we use rye, along with a touch of caraway seeds for flavor. I am excited to try your recipe!

Thank you for the video. Can you develop a 100% whole wheat recipe that is also no-knead? I realize it will be a bit heavier than a loaf with the white unbleached flour. Thanks for your other videos as well.

This was my quick whole wheat bread. The breads I usually make are made the night before with 100% whole wheat and sour starter. I will try and get another bread video up soon.

Nini instead of the flour mill would a vitamix adequately grind the hard red wheat? Thx!!
@NiniGirl4 жыл бұрын
You would have to have a special grinder/container that could do the grinding. My older model would not be able to grind it.

Where did you get those gloves, and are they good?
@NiniGirl5 жыл бұрын
I bought them off of ebay. They are fantastic. They are called WELLAND. The seller does not sell them any more but there are TONS of other brands that are the exact same thing. Here is the exact description of them "WELLAND 932°F Heat Resistant Silicone Barbecue/ Grill/ Baking Oven Gloves, Grey" Hope that helps!

How long does this size loaf last Nini and how do you store?
@NiniGirl5 жыл бұрын
Well, we always eat most of it. I have never been able to freeze the breads so I do not know anything about freezing. There are usually just a few pieces left after dinner. Maybe 4. I put it in a glass tupper and the kids have it for lunch the next day. Toasted with jelly. Most of the time the whole loaf is gone:)

Looks wonderful. I have tried many of your recipes with some good luck, including your other bread recipe from your previous video. Thank you for the links and the recipe right on this page. It makes it so easy to copy it all down. I'm a little confused on amounts. Am I right that you're using nearly 8 cups of flour for one loaf of bread? or am I interpreting this wrong?
@NiniGirl5 жыл бұрын
That is correct. Thanks for watching and enjoying the videos. I try and keep them as simple as possible.
@suzyq67675 жыл бұрын
It's not whole wheat if it has white flour in it. Try baking it with zero refined flour.
