I think another great way to do a similar idea is like 10 questions per round of picking Pokémon but they don’t know what the exact team is until the end rather than revealing the Pokémon as they get them

Idea for next challenge: no STAB You catch team of any pokemon you want BUT you cannot use attacking moves with same type. For example, you catch Entei, he has Eruption and 3 other moves, you cannot use Eruption (non damaging, status moves are allowed tho, for example poison pokemon CAN use toxic). Additional rules if you like it: 1) You can swap Same Type attacking move with metronome if you want 2) Berries are allowed as items (even the most basic ones) 3) If you use gen 9, you can tera pokemon, and then rule matches it's typing - Entei with tera water, can use Eruption again, he cannot use scald.

Another fun vid. I think a fun vid might be going back and reusing old pokemon that never had a chance to shine either to poor match ups or you were winning so much you never got to use them in the flow of the fight.

Challenge ideas: 1. Catch inaminate object-Pokemon only. Like Voltorb, Sinistea, Trubbish... 2. You have 30 minutes to gather a team and give them moves. However, the dice decides the course of the battle: 1-4 = their respective moves, 5 = switch Pokemon, 6 = free choice

One of these vids big dawgz do your main pokemon starts at lvl 100 has only the move splash so you start with splash then ball (but the balls you use are worst) so go splash ball splash ball until you catch or faint. No heals after battles as well! When your starter faints you lose your last caught pokemon but go up to the next ball so ie. (Heavy->pokeball->nest ball-> great ball->quick ball-> ultra-> timer-> master or however u wanna do it!)

Challenge Idea. You guys each get 3 power ups. You randomly pick between the 3 starters. You can have one power up that allows you to take a mon you got and evolve it. Another power up to trade the pokemon you got with the next one they get. And another that allows you to devolve a pokemon. Now you can choose to make certain power ups only usable before you know the option. Like the devolve pokemon can only be used before the player chooses a random pokemon. So you have a chance to waste the power ups.

this was great, and i have some ideas on how we could improove on this still. 20 questions usually only answers questions with yes/no answers, and i think this would be great here too. some sort of reward for guessing the correct pokemon, like five more questions or a full reveal of the current batch.

You should do random starters but choose based off of one of their weaknesses instead of actual typing- if the left pokemon was a grass type for example, whoever is giving the choices could tell the person picking that its weak to ice, but it would still be up in the air if the choice was grass, flying, ground or dragon type so there would be an extra element of randomness and surprise You would be able to build a team around what the opponent has gotten so far similar to if you were choosing based on typing, except it would be a defensive choice rather than trying to just get a team thats super effective against everything the opponent has

Would this be counted as one question?: If you imagine a system where the pokemon on the left (L) has a value of 1, middle(M)=2 and right(R)=3, but the pokemons score is only counted if it's fully evolved. What would be the avarage of their value? It would give a pretty good idea of how many fully evolved there are and which one it is. Only problem would be if the avarage is 1 then their total score would be 3. And then you're not sure if either L and M are fully evolved (1+2=3, avg.=3/3=1). Or, R is fully evolved (R=3, avg=3/3=1). But if just L or M is fully evolved you'd directly know which one it is.

Not sure how useful it is to know if something is fully evolved, considering it would be evolved for the fight anyway. Maybe knowing if it's part of an evolution line, but unless you're looking at the BST (which isn't allowed in this case) knowing that doesn't narrow things down at all

I would rage if I were Quick. I get he didn't make the best plays but Chill always gets some crazy RNG. He will get the right moves if he doesn't get "good" Pokémon or his choices are all monsters and Quick gets baby Pokémon. Quick finally gets some decent choices and Chill slaughters with perfect counter Pokémon he gets at the very end (in typical fashion).

You could do a stats challange: Each time you pick a stat (attack, defense, s attack, s defense, speed, hp, total stats, height and weight) of the set of 3, where you cant repeat the stat itself (i add total, height and weight to give chance to skip)
