The part about posture is actually pretty good. I noticed I get less arm mobility when I slouch, which means I draw more from my wrist than elbow or shoulder. It also starts to hurt after a while which is really distracting and makes want to stop drawing faster. Posture didn't matter too much to me when I was 13 and I want to kick my own ass for that.

I used to use Col Erase Indigo Blue, regular Blue, and Terra Cotta Red a while back. I went back to Indigo after being inspired by Dela Longfish's sketchbook work.

Don’t forget to take breaks too! I’ve taken a 2-day break after drawing… for who knows how long and I have felt refreshed and ready to start drawing again. Do NOT push yourself to draw everyday, especially if you are a beginner because that is an easy way to get burnt out and fatigued.

Best thing you can do is consume media you like. Shows, movies, games, even music. It doesn't have to be something nobody has ever thought of (kind of impossible lol) but rather a unique spin that comes from you. Just try things out and have fun
