One of my favourite encounter with the 279(e) was in a battle against tier 8 where me and the enemy 279 were the only top tier heavies. My Maus just bullied the 279 without too much he could do. 😄

The only good part of this video is seeing an average Rino player dominating an overconfident QB trying to abuse an OP tank and showing off with his knowledge of the game, only to not be able to tackle a player who knew how to fight an Obj 279e. But seeing how easily QB could farm the Obj260 was painful.

You should try double stacking a durability and improved configuration. It revolutionized the way I play my 279 and allowed me to 2 mark it since my track repair time was 3 seconds. Its worth sacrificing the turbo and and vents it also means you dont have to take safe storage. Cause you are basically an untrackable death machine

279 E... Tier 10.5 (yeah WG said in a review, not me). I really don't like when they lock Broken OP tank behind skill-based grind, so that only players who are the best players can get it to be even best that they already were. I wish there was an option somewhere to "toggle" casual mode on and play on tier 9 & 10 without getting bounds & maybe less exp, so that you could just learn how high tier plays without meeting tanks like Concept 1B, Ebola or Chifitein... Or maybe just like we can "ban" maps we don't like, we could get a moba-like solution, so you can "ban" certain tanks so you could not play them, but it would not be possible to play against the too nor have them in a mm at all.

I think you should do a series of playing op tanks how they shouldn't be played and see if they are op enough to be successful in a different role. Like the 279e being played as a scout instead of like a heavy lol.

I have the 279e and it's literally worse than is-4 after the nerfs, it's only good against the lowest skill players who still don't know where to shoot it and there are barely any of those players left playing tier 10.

I actually don't use gold ammo that often (usually one out of every ten games at most), but whenever I see the 279(e), I pretty much always switch to gold even if I don't need to.

i really hate what they did to the outpost heavy flank. you are correct, it's amazing for 279e. but what wg did was make strong tanks stronger and weak tanks weaker on this flank. previously i could defend with the weaker tanks due to the bushes and better positions. now this flank just stinks.

I have done all of the other missions on 279e coalition except Coalition 4 with 25 internal critical hits. I have tried multiple times with TVP, but I only managed to get 24/25 after like a week of trying. Any tips?

I did it in Bourrasque twice but otherwise try it with char le me (tier 9 premium light) with the skill and yrying to get max. damage. No scouting, just focus on damage. Its the hardest missions in this game. You will rage a lot...

I personally think (as a owner of the 279) the 279 is hard overrated. The gun is straight up shit. This guns hits wors than my BZ Tier 8 gun. The armor is not worth anything when the enemy shots gold. Even if you drive up a hill (or whatever) you get a green line on your hull. I swear that i get every time hit there at least onces. I wish i could trade my 279 for a ebr 75. I dont like my 279.

Ordinary promotion from WOT tips !! (Haha 3-6-8000 Damage) you don't get 1/4th of what you see here in real game!!! These bastards have a modified mod for promotions to see they are still in the top ranks, what he shoots is a hit!! if a tank hits him.. then a rebound... I guarantee that you won't have it that way!! and it will be the opposite on mil. % and besides... don't buy premium or premium tanks!!! it's useless anyway, the server determines the damage,,..determines victory and defeat .. If you upload min Damage to the opponent, the server will automatically flip and give Victory/ if High damage to the opponent - it is automatically Defeat.. You have a tank of 8 levels and you are approximately at the bottom of the team or on the bottom team composition, stacked from level 10 = It's automatically a win because you have no chance to shoot down Level 10 that is: min. damage = victory.!!! If you are on the highest rungs in the lineup, e.g. team level 8 to level 6 , Automatically = high damage to the opponent and you automatically = Defeat!! Server. BLOCKS....visibility, enemy detections, opponent damage, you can just do whatever you want :D !! it's wasted money!! You actually have more losses than wins in the game!! Ask yourself another question.. how many times have you recorded what you see here? (it's easy to play if you're an admin with a good game mode!), and this thieving company gives replays like this every day ... they're just lying to you and fooling you it's a great game, waiting for you to adjust the game mode to the minimum so that you can put real money into it!! Also note that they offer only premium or 10 level tanks, where you have huge losses in the game even during premium, especially if you use gold-i (premium cartridges)!!! , for 1 battle minus up to 8-20,000 cash... if not more...

279 is played by only good players. Thats a reason why it has a high win rate. Imo 279 is not the best tier 10. I dont like my 279 i rather play 260 because the gun is way better.
