One of the biggest strengths of the BZ176 is that no one wants to push against it, u can see it in a 1v6 scenario and there will be no one taking the risk of loosing 50% + of their hit points while on another part of the map the team wins by numbers advantage

What people forget is that the Bourrasque can have a scout build that gives it better view range than the LT432 and only marginally less camo.

I do believe with a decent crew, food and directive (no bounty equip) you can almost get 45% camo on the Borr-ass-que. While moving.

​​@Jinny-Wa no, Bourrasque has virtually no ability to bounce, to compare it with an LT-432 for armour bounce is absolutely ridiculous. Bourrasque is an amazingly good tank, arguably best tier 8 in a good players hands, but if you are relying on its armour you are doing it wrong.

Well borat is actually a tier 10 wheelie turret in a tier 9 scout... As a tier 8 med, it can scout yes... But LT432 is stalinium made with the hitboxes RIGGED to absorbe He even from 176 with the chains and the turret its autobounce

Regarding nerfing the BZ, I've been saying from the start just give it a couple extra hitpoints, up it to Tier 9 and change nothing else. It would sort out Tier 8 clan activities and give it less favourable match ups without explicitly nerfing it

@@vyrix5733, not so much against tier 9 heavies. Most tier 8s have around 200 mm frontal armor, give or take a little. Tier 9s on the other hand usually have more frontal armor, or better sloped armor at the very least. I still think the BZ-176 would be ok at tier 9, but to EMPDtezza's point, it would probably sort out the mm a bit and become more average rather than god-tier OP.

Turtle is my favourite tank! It feels super smooth now after the buff! However it's kinda only good in T8 MM, the new pen helps but trying to 1 for 1 against a hulldown heavy is kinda tough.

Bz got everything. Alpha for tons of fun, its like a reliable KV2, armor to not die, speed to not be stuck being slow. Ontop of that, it makes credits like a monster EVEN if you spam premium rounds. It is the best premium I ever owned in every single way

Ive been playing thisbgame since October of 2012. These tanks are why Artillery needs a damage buff. It's stupid that WG keeps buffing heavy tanks while arty is being decimated. No reason why the biggest gun in the game that has a 240mm gun only hits for 750 hp with AP. When a tier 8 with a 152mm hits for 800hp of damage. WG!!! BUFF ARTILLERY 🤬

hey man heres an idea for a video, go over all the maps, both past and present. I personally miss the deep map rotation that WoT used to have, now you get on and play and it seems there are only ever 5 maps in rotation. Where they used to have several maps for all season camo now there are what 4 desert maps and 2 winter maps, excluding specific game mode maps. Maybe WG can find a way to revamp some of the old maps and put them back into rotation.

Astron is my favorite tank with +5% win rate on my account and over 1k games on it. My second setup is commander module+improved optics+improved vents when no scouts which make it a scout on its own pretty much winning games outright without a single shot.

I would assume that WG will nerf the BZ-176 at the same time as selling it again while giving owners an option to trade the tank back for gold if they fancy like they did with the Super Pershing etc

The perfect way to nerf the 176 would be to move it up to Tier 9, so it can never brutalize Tier 6 tanks again. And would only meet Tier 7 some of the time instead of most of the time. And there wouldn't really be any cause complaint by BZ owners since at Tier 9 it would grind bonds.

The BZ is pretty strong, yes. But I'm still convinced half of the reason it's that good is Wargaming's map designs. Get this thing anywhere where it's not hull down or at the end of a tunnel(most of wargamings maps), it is not nearly so intimidating. The 800 damage gun isn't really even that far out there. A KV-2 can do that at tier 6. The SU-130 does 600 at half the reload, accurately, from forever away. The big issue is wargaming designing so many maps to have a blatant heavy tank area with lots of tunnels and ridges, and then building a tank that is ideally suited for sitting at the end of those and not giving people other ways to play around it.

The 703 is the cure for the BZ, in my opinion, at least half of the hits I take from the BZ while driving my 703 are bounced or extreme low rolls.

Every time an Ammo rack module is hit, even if it doesn;t lose half of its health to go yello, there is a chance, a small one, that the ammo blows up. You should know that Quaky Babs, since you've been playing this game since the stone age! Same for engines being hit for engine fires

the worst part of the BZ-176 is that I was never even able to get it. The loot boxes are banned in Belgium where I live and there is no alternative way to get the tanks which are available in loot boxes.

I am 100% behind the idea of WG nerfing the BZ. Either it gets nerfs to the gun or armor, get rid of the nitro-rockets, or it gets only +2 mm. Tier 6-7 and even stock 8's should not be seing this monstrosity.

One thing I’ve realised over the 6 years I’ve played the tank isn’t as important as the player, you can be in a seriously OP tank but be a not so good player still learning the game and you won’t have as many good games as someone who has more then 2 years in the game. Players make more of a difference then individual tanks

No, QB , they dont have to do anything to the 176, just have the MMaker put you in with like or higher tier tanks AND /or give you the suckier of the two teams who will evaporate while you are holding off on one flank and next thing you know you are surrounded. You also play with 5+skill crews that make shots I've never hit with mine. RNG and MM can remove all the advantages of a "overpowered" tank. When I play Turtle I am almost never top tier and never had lower tier opponents.

K-2 should have its own "Pay to bounce" category. It can definitely do that but horrendous view range, gun handling and mobility drag it down to average at best. Also it uptiers really badly, lacks any fun factor and needs to shoot a lot of premium rounds. I would never pick this before all other tanks from the top of the list.

I don't care what QB says, there are times the Bourrasque is just way OP, You can shift flanks in under a minute on the map and turn the tide with it's speed and 2 shot magazine. I'm an average player but have totally carried w/the Bourrasque in more than a few games by using it's speed.

If they nerf the BZ-176 they will piss off those people who spent money to get one. IMO its only OP when it can get hull down. Catch it out in the open its a lot easier to deal with. Arty can do a lot of damage to it as well. Also do not forget QB is using a crew with all perks and skills and he is using bond equipment. I got a feeling most BZ-176 players won't have a set up that good. I have killed enough of them to know they are good but not that OP once they come out in the open or watch arty go to town on them.
