All he had to do was move the stop from the top to the bottom of the station and run the train counter clockwise.instead of clockwise.

Train stops designate where the train stops by which side of the rail they're on. If you flip the blueprint you don't get symmetry as now your trains wait at the opposite side of the stop. There was some discussion on the blog on how exactly to handle this but in the end agreeing the best solution is to simply identify it's the stops that's the problem, let people remove the stops, mirror it and then re-add the stops manually. It's such an infrequent event where there's no safe way to always predict what the player would want that manually fixing it is best.

For every time like this where someone gets annoyed by having to spend a minute doing something manually it prevents someone else from having to spend an hour tracking down a randomly broken section of their train network.

Another fun point will be when Quill dips his toes into quality rabbithole... it kinda changed how you build factory for me...

Regarding chunk aligned. Sorta same if you set positioning on bp to be absolute. I never get the offsets right. But you can use shift + arrows to realign when placing.

Quil you could have switched from left hand driving to right hand driving by moving the stop from the top of the station to the bottom of the station and running the train counterclockwise instead of clockwise.
