I hope you all are having an amazing Friday! Don't forget to keep tracking your temperatures for the Temperature quilt-a-long! 🌈

Thank you! I'm new to this QAYG thing (but not to sewing) and have been watching videos, most with WAY too much chatting and knit-picky details. You get right to the point in a clear way and I appreciate that. Now I'm off to do my pillow cover although I'll use piping on the edges and so will sew front to back with right sides together (after sewing down the piping around the front's perimeter).

I love this! Getting up and going it now. Going to time myself and make myself finish it all in one step. :)

Hi 👋🏽 I just found you on KZbin and I’ve watched your Envelope Pillow twice and I love it! I’m getting up the nerve to try and have a go. I have 16 pieces of 3.5” x 16.5” fabric that I want to make into a pillow. I guess I need to make a 15” pillow. I can’t wait to get started! Thank you for sharing your time and talents🥰

Love this, but I would cut those selvages off first. Pillows always need to be washed, and selvages will shrink.

Yep, that will affect the shrinkage!

Really enjoy your tutorials. One question though. Could you do this on a long arm, actually making mother than one cushion cover ?
