I'm new to quilting just trying to learn, I love the way you explain how to use these different shapes I have a question for you, can I use the regular sewing machine to make table runners and other quilting or there is special quilting machine? Thanks

Yes, you can. Your sewingmachine should be able to make a quilt beginning to completion. It depends on how thick your material is. Quilters use cotton, linen, flannel and polyester blend material, usually in table runners and quilts.
