I really don't get how it can be that "Cyberpunkt" becomes totally destroyed and the stocks crash like hell for CDProjectRed and Bethesda gets great reviews for the same problems. The world is absolutely dumb....

I think it comes down to reputation and expectation. CDPR had built such a great reputation for high quality game making from their Witcher series, that Cyberpunk's failure at launch was felt more strongly (because expectations were so much higher) and this led to a stronger negative reaction at the stock market as well (because the behaviour of that market is very sensitive to what's goiing on in the news and with critics). Whereas Bethesda has delivered so much of "same buggy crap again" over the years that their failures don't have the same impact anymore. They survived the fallout from Fallout 76 after all, so the stock market gurus will use their trained pattern recognition skills and will assume that Bethesda will manage to get through this one, too, which means the urge to panic and sell stock (thus tanking stock value) isn't there.
