Quinoa Fried Rice is easy to make and it's alkaline vegan and vegan friendly. You have to make sure you don't overcook your plain Quinoa before proceeding to make this Quinoa Fried Rice Recipe, or you'll end up with a mushy mess! This recipe takes only about 15 minutes to make (outside of cooking the plain Quinoa). If your veggie chopping skill is on-point, then you may be able to have your Quinoa Fried Rice Ready in about 10 minutes.
I must mention that you need to watch my Plain Quinoa video before you make this recipe. In that video, I made some plain Quinoa, and it wasn't mushy or clumpy at all. If you can achieve that, then this Quinoa Fried Rice Recipe will be a breeze.
Thanks for watching yet another video of mine. I truly hope you make this awesome quinoa dish. You'll enjoy it. Please don't forget to hit the like button, and don't forget to subscribe to my channel. I'll see you all next week!

Let me tell y’all. I’m new to this Alkaline/Dr Sebi way of life and eating. Been doing it for 2 weeks now and it’s be a pure struggle. I recently found Manny and he has been a Godsend. This dish was absolutely 🔥🔥🔥🔥. If his other dishes taste half as good as this one I’ll be good. Can’t wait for more videos. Hopefully more baked goods cause I’m dying here with no candy and sweets. Lol. Thank you so much Manny!!!!

Being a vegan is expensive considering the amount or income of the job you do. It's very enticing and healthy but its expensive for a low average income person. I'd love to give it a try oneday when I am more financially stable, your videos are solid and inspirational. Thank you
@Grubanny
@Grubanny 2 жыл бұрын
I understand where you're coming from, but that's a common misconception. Take it like this... it's way cheaper to eat rice or banku without meat. I don't follow any specific diets or lifestyle, but I do know eating vegan isn't as expensive as people think it is. Organic Mushrooms are cheaper than organic, grass fed meat or organic chicken. No need to wait until your income goes up. You'll be surprised to find that you're saving more. It's really difficult for Africans to make that transition though 😕
@Solomon_Amoasi972
@Solomon_Amoasi972 2 жыл бұрын
@@Grubanny to be honest, if you wanna cook anything vegan, you have to buy alot of ingredients to make it scrumptious. I tried being vegan once but the ingredients are way expensive compared to my normal recipe so I gave up. I believe that, when most Africans embrace vegetarianism, it'll be super cheap to be a vegan. Most vegan food stuffs are organic and due to that, it makes them so expensive on the market ,I am trying and surely I know I'll get there. By the way, I am no longer into meat, just fish and eggs lol.
@Grubanny
@Grubanny 2 жыл бұрын
You make a very good point. Yeah, most ingredients in Africa are organic. I believe the soil in Ghana is very fertile. It may help if you have the space to grow your ingredients, but that's an entirely different discussion. You need land, tools, money, time, etc. There's so much that comes with growing your own food lol. I totally understand where you're coming from. Trust me, as I mentioned, I don't subscribe to any diets or lifestyle. I just love to cook. The key is to eat what you can afford as long as it keeps you healthy and happy. Stay strong 💪🏿

Hi Lisa, don't worry, I'm not one to tell people how to live their lives... trust me. Everyone is welcome here. All I do is cook and stay within the guidelines of the specific lifestyle (alkaline/vegan) or group of people I'm helping. I don't do the Zen, Guru, third-eye stuff lol. You can use chillies or jalapeños or any peppers you can find. The key to heat reduction is to remove the seeds. That's where most of the heat is concentrated, while flesh is where the flavor is concentrated. Same with Habaneros. Thanks for asking.

Hey Akunna 👋🏿 You're welcome! Nothing feels as good as having the right kitchen tool/appliance at the right time. Makes cooking a breeze. But we're already best friends. Your support for this channel hasn't gone unnoticed and is highly appreciated! 💪🏿

I make my own mushroom powder using every kind of edible dried mushroom (except Shitake). Here's the process: kzbin.info/www/bejne/oKm2c3uimNuDmpI Keep in mind that I wash it first, then dry it again before beginning. They usually come dried, but unwashed. You can find a link in the description.

Just found your channel and new to alkaline diet. Do you wash the oyster mushrooms or just wipe down?

This looks so good! I’m trying it later in the week! Is there a substitute for the black pepper? I can’t have papaya seeds. Can’t wait for you to try an alkaline peach cobbler 😉😉

You can skip the black pepper replacement. It really doesn't make much of a difference. You'll be fine. I'm still perfecting my peach cobbler recipe. A lot of people have requested it. It's coming.
