When you hit 90 days urges don’t go away you will all ways get urges it’s only if you don’t find it pleasurable ppl who quit smoking find it disgusting to smoke that when you actually quit an urge comes from the mind also the body creates the urge but you create the urge with battling it in you mind when you look at porn with disgust and not pleasureable that’s when you officially quit hitting 90 days is a big goal but it doesn’t mean your fixed you can still get urges it’s bull shit when you fully believe that porn doesn’t serve and it doesn’t actually make you happy that’s when you really quit it cuz your mind doesn’t think twice it just doesn’t get urges because you don’t find it pleasurable hitting 90 won’t do anything bro

A tip related to number 6. I use the 5 second rule. Every time I think about doing something that's not good in the Lord's eyes. I have 5 SECONDS to find something else to do. (Pray, read the bible, study a new language, watch a movie with my family etc)

For me i had to make a lot of drastic changes cause my triggers were: instagram, beer and loneliness. I have had a lot of relapses and i mean a lot but i identified what made me fall and made a plan to avoid triggers, not go to places where i have too much temptation (hooter type bars), i stopped drinking, i read my Bible more often, I play my Bible at night cause that was usually when i was tempted when endlessly scrolling and finally i avoided youtubers that made too many sexual innuedos. Almost 4 months since I've last visited a website and watched, but on my journey I find that social media and making sexual jokes can be triggers for that temptation so better fast from using social media guys. Pray that you may see the little details that lead to sin and avoid them because the devil is crafty. Also i started battling this for the last 3 yearsand let me you tell it wasn't easy at first but as long as you are willing to be changed the process will be there. My tip to you guys is whenever you feel like you'll never escape from this remember that God will change your heart, it may take you years but God is with you!

I’d say my struggle with porn was worse than the average male. If I see breasts in a movie or tv show I’m tempted to watch porn and masturbate. It’s a terrible urge that I want out of my life. I know through the power of Christ I can end this sick addiction. Thank you Isaac
