This works!! Listen to it every night for a month. There will be some nights it’ll be tough but try. I quit cold turkey last year after smoking for 37 years & this is the video that I have saved. @@whitneyaustin7934 if you put a nicotine patch on you are not quitting nicotine, only not smoking it. your body is still receiving the drug but in a different form, so you are not really quitting.

Just checking back in to tell people that so far this Hypnosis is fantastic. I’m only on day 4 of my quit, the first two days were hell! decided to look for help and came across this hypnosis ( I’ve tried others in the past, without success). So after 2 nights of listening to this I feel a big difference, I am still getting cravings but my mindset towards them has changed and I just don’t want to smoke even when my brain tells me different, I’m feeling stronger, I have more energy and I’m beating this one craving at a time. I can’t recommend this enough to anyone who wants to stop smoking. I will be back with honest updates with my progress.

I cannot express how much I LOVE your videos! I've finally found _SUCCESS_ and quit smoking! At ~2 packs a day, neither my wallet nor my health (COPD & now no longer on Oxygen 24/7, regulay lung issues, sleep apnea, chronic pain and fibromyalgia, etc) could afford to keep smoking. No matter what I tried, (cutting back/weaning, patch, lozenges, spray, vape, medication, etc!) I would still end up in massive panic attacks knowing I only had x # of smokes left. This sleep hypnosis has taken the anxiety and panic out of quitting smoking. *I can't thank you enough for giving me back my life from this nasty addiction!* My health is continuing to improve daily. I also love that the affirmations you use alongside of the stop smoking, are working on my self esteem, self improvement and self awareness. *THANK YOU, from the bottom of my heart.* I will continue to share your video with as many family, friends, and strangers as possible!! ❤

@@scottpringle5486 I encourage you to keep trying! I didn't get addicted in one day, so I couldn't have the expectations to quit in a day either. I set a goal for myself to listen every night for 2 weeks, no excuses! Be patient with yourself... You too CAN & WILL get there! 🥰

Everytime I wake up I do not want a cigarette. But I cave everyday.. I think its because my child wakes up and the meditation isn't complete but this is helping me go longer without. I will stop smoking and I know this will help me on my journey. Thank you 😊

Thank you so much Antony Reed! I was hesitant to jump the gun and comment right away after being free. I smoked for 12 years, numerous failed attempts to quit but this worked! I'm whole month off smoking after listening to this over 3 nights, what helped along these sessions was having read Allen Carr's 'easyway to quit smoking', so all the smoking illusions were removed when I had stressful situations followed by 'i would like a cigarette' thoughts throughout weeks after quitting that followed and I finally know and feel I've 100% escaped from the trap. It might be insignificant to you, but you helped me to get out of this hole and become non-smoker for good!

I did have a test moment, which I always failed before while inebriated (funny enough it was my friends who knew i quit and somehow ended up handing me a cigarette anyway) except this time I just lit it and watched it burn with absolutely no desire to inhale those toxic fumes into my lungs and thinking how nice it is to be no longer a slave to it. So thank you!! I hope many more smokers get lucky to find your channel and be open minded to your suggestions and escape the nicotine trap for good.

As long as you've mentally committed to it, giving yourself no mental option of anything but freedom, then you are forever free! 👍 The biggest enemy of quitting is 'trying'... 'attempting'... and any other thinking that allows for failure as an out. Mental commitment is the magic ingredient. So, are you done? Or are you only attempting to be done? 😉

3 days in..listened to this the night before My quit day ..this is attempt 4 in last few months ..doing the allem carr book nd audible ..woke up weirdly no smoking craving actually forced myself to smoke nearly 5 hours after I got up to complete the last cigarette ritual and reminding chapters . Have to say its really working combined with the allen carr work I'd done. I've no desire or craving. I am using a 0 nicotine vape very intermittently to break the habitual side of my new non smoking life in saying that aren't pick it up . 22 years on ..15 to 20 a day .. I'm going to listen to this evry night for 3 weeks 😌

Will use this tonight. 3 days cold turkey (after smoking 1+ pack a day) and I actually feel great. Only time I think about smoking is after a meal. I have some coughing and mild headache though, guess that’s my lungs starting to clear up. Also a bit lethargic, but reading the comments is reassuring that it’s normal.

Massively skeptical in the beginning but thought what the hell it can't hurt. I've smoked half a pack for 25 years tried to quit uncountable times and failed. This time i removed all temptations (lighters, half smoked packets, ashtrays, etc) put this on as i went to sleep and woke up the next morning. To say that the change was noticeable is an understatement.... It was a massive change in mindset... I haven't touched a cigarette in 9 days and counting and don't have any kind of desire to pick up a cigarette... One friend even casually offered me a cigarette one day by accident and i immediately replied "sorry i don't smoke" not "i quit" not "don't smoke anymore" just straight up had the whole perception of how i visualise myself has changed. Can't thank you enough!!! And for anyone that taked the time to read this... Give it a go... What's the worst that can happen?!

Remember each time you fail you're getting closer to your goal, quitting for yourself! I've relapses many times and somehow, I know this will work, but only because I know I can and will do it. No need to stress about updating if you're disappointed with where you're at right now, it's a process, and it's different for everyone, just remind yourself you never want to give up on yourself ❤

I used this video for the first time last night. I didn't wake up with the urge to smoke my ecig. I tried to use it just out of habit and just didn't want it. Something happened and I'm glad. Sir you are a real guru. We call teachers, 'guru', which means 'one who removes darkness from mind'. I was using snuss for more than 12 years and it had shattered my health. This has helped me immensely. I listen a lot when I have my cravings. And you've helped me remain positive and calm. Seriously, I thank you so much for this. Like, I've been a crappy mom for my 6 year old daughter. So exhausted, depressed, sick, etc all the time. To the point, in the past, I'd contemplate giving her up to a good family and offing myself. Last night and throughout today has changed me. I had more energy, was involved and happy with my kiddo. There's more I wanted to say, but my mind derailed the thoughts. Right on, April! No luck needed. You made the decision. Never look back. 👍 And pro tip... If you're a caffeinated beverage drinker, cut back by half. Nicotine doubles your caffeine metabolism, so if you don't cut back, the caffeine builds up faster than you can handle and gives you the anxious jitters we end up thinking are nicotine withdrawals. 😉

Listened over and over last night. I didn't have much of a craving until I got mad at someone so it didn't work for me last night. I have had 4 cigs today, better than 20 but not good enough. My life is literally on the line I have to quit bcuz I have a severe vein disease and lost most feeling in my legs. I will continue to listen and I will quit. Thank you I believe this is a great tool and I will continue to listen every night.

Thank you so much about the caffeine advice, this was a game changer. I was struggling with withdrawals so bad I ended up smoking again for a few days, but it was making me so unhappy. So back to square one i decided to give it another go, just this time totally eliminating caffeine. The withdrawals now are pretty pathetic now, hardly making me flinch and I’m running 10k every day on my cross trainer. I’m a long time smoker, and a serial quitter however, my dream is to rid myself of this horrible addiction and be healthy. One things that’s also helping is to keep in my conscious mind, because that’s who took me to this place, I’m not very knowledgeable about the sub conscious

I don’t feel like your sub conscious mind is your friend when you are trying to quit, It kinda takes you back to wanting to smoke, whereas my conscious mind just doesn’t want to. Staying conscious helps.

I never comment on you tube but today I feel I need to .......I tried and purchased a sleep hypnosis before and unfortunately my urge was completely the same no change .......I did however last nigh listen to this hypnosis and when I woke I wasn’t particularly bothered about smoking which I thaught oh maybe it did something ........I had set my finish goal for 9 am today the 21st October and I had 2 cigs left for when I woke up before 9 which I just had and this was a decision rather than the urgency I would normally feel .....,,I must say I didn’t enjoy my 2 cigs at all and it’s is now 8.50 am and I have to officially say ....................I QUIT AND AM NOW SMOKE FREE ..........THANK YOU .............if anyone would like an update in a weeks time I will try my best to comment again on friday 25th ..........give it a try I feel you won’t be disappointed ..........

This is almost kinda scary. I've been trying to quit for years and no luck. I've smoked for over 20 years and for the 1st time I've not smoked in 3 days already. All because of this video. 3. 5 weeks smoke free !!!!!!!!!!! I m not joking kidding or paid to give this video props I dont even know if it was this video I just wanted to come back and give my gratitude I smoked for over 5 years tried quiting many times the only now I'm almost a month no smoking cigarettes and cannabis and I really believe now in the power of the subconscious mind . That and whoever's still reading I want to share something else I wasn't a spiritual person prior to this but i had a complete stranger come up to me introduce himself as Devin and asked if he could pray with me because I looked liked I could use it , I was just watching the sunrise on Oct 31 by myself planning how to end my life. I was sleeping on my brothers couch homeless, Just lost my gf and kid cause of my substance abuse and I had this stranger praying with me I prayed for strength I let Devin speak most cause.i never prayed before. Ths.was the Same day I did the hypnosis video I had 3.days no cigarettes then when I tried one I felt sick.. a month no cravings even I.even have stopped smoking cannabis same time. One month I feel better I'm dating my gf seeing my kid have.my own place I rent . Dont give up.dont stop just believe

At 3 weeks. Was doing just patches, but this is helping more. On the 4th day without a patch. Almost a month w/o smoking. Remember to repeat these affirmations to yourself. Do not talk yourself into smoking or allow yourself a few. Be in control.

I have never gone through hypnosis before. I was a skeptic. I tried this last night because I’m truly fed up with smoking. 5-10 minutes in I had to stop and readjust myself into a more comfortable position. Once I did that.. HOLY. FRIGGIN. COW. The feeling was so different than anything I’ve ever experienced! I was scared, relaxed, zoned, resting. With each affirmation I felt, to what I could only describe as this “zooming” feeling. Like I was going into this deeper state of the above mentioned. The sleep I fell into after the video was everything. Almost a reset of sorts. It’s 6am, I remember bits and pieces of the video like there were some things that stuck out and into my head. I can’t remember the sound of your voice but the words you spoke I can. Super weird. I had an “inkling” for a smoke this morning not a craving, I found myself talking in my head.. telling me that I don’t need that, those taste bad. Which they do, they always have. I just found it weird/cool that it stopped me from smoking. I’m so curious now as to what else the world of hypnosis could offer me. Thank you so much for expanding my horizons!!

Smoking is my strongest burden I carry. Giving myself permission to release this burden and nicotine and live a smoke free life. Free of the control of nicotine. The withdrawal and craving part is where I am struggling.

Glad to hear you're ready to conquer this. Here's a big tip for eliminating withdrawal symptoms. Cut back your caffeine intake by half after you quit. Why? Because nicotine doubles our ability to metabolize caffeine, so once we quit, we can only handle half the amount we did while we smoked. If we don't, the caffeine builds up fast and we overdose. This is actually what we then call smoking withdrawals... But it's not. 😉

Ok here goes, I set my date a week ago, and since then I have been very good, smoking only 3 or 4 a day (where I used to smoke more than 20 a day). Tomorrow (monday the 18th May 2020) is my start date, where I will quit TOTALLY. Wish me luck!!!

So I listened to this last night only because I was out of cigarettes and didn't feel like going to get any. I woke up and didn't have the urge to smoke. I did feel like something was missing. I went 5 hours this morning without one. Then my brain said go get a pack- just smoke one. BIG MISTAKE!! I been smoking all day. Going to try this again tonight 🤞

I’m a bit late to the party, I’m middle age and been heavily addicted to nicotine for 25 years and despite having many practice attempts I have always relapsed. I took a chance on this hypnosis; it jumped out at me when I was searching for help so I’m just going with it and going to commit to stopping smoking: I’ve just listened to my first session and I’m feeling strong and positive that I am now a committed non smoker and this is the first day of freedom and fresh air. Thank you Anthony, I need strength today. Day six, cold turkey from cigarettes and weed so I’m going through the withdrawal of both. Weeds not so bad for withdrawals for me, however it blocks a lot of emotions so that’s extremely challenging. I’m feel anyway but happy, but that’s what happens when you do these things to yourself. I’m not suicidal nor do I want to live right now so praying this gets easier

Smoking doubles your ability to metabolize caffeine, so when you quit smoking, you easily overdose on caffeine, which causes "withdrawal" symptoms. Also, I urge you to drop the desire to count the days. It's a psychological self-destruct timer, just waiting for failure. Get into the mindset of being fully committed and never look back. This is your time to shine. :) Quitting is only hard because we expect it to be hard.

Thank you for this advice. I didn’t even know that caffeine would do that so I’m going to start tomorrow being mindful of that. I see what you are saying about the days, my thinking is if I get to day 21 then I can drop the counting. I have the blessing that my daughter and son have both stopped with me so we are all helping each other. I’m doing the hypnosis every night and it really is working, even if today has been difficult. I quit! Listened to this last night and was pleasantly surprised with the effectiveness of it. I don't even remember at what point I fell asleep I just remember waking up. I woke up not even wanting a cigarette. I'm actually happy to say that the mere smell of them alone is disgusting(edit like 2 hours later: I legit can't stand the smell it makes me sick) I'll keep everyone updated on how it goes. I will listen to this tonight I'm on my second day of no smoking 🚭 Really hate the taste and smell of them. I've done it before with my own will power so I know I can do it again. I stopped smoking for 2yrs. Then my sister took her own life and I was back on them, that will be 6yrs ago this October. I'm really determined and in the right mindset 💯 As they say. @@michgibbs I’m sorry for your loss. I didn’t have mood swings per se but the struggle is real! Find what works for you… I kept a short log my first 3 days to figure out what my triggers were. Too much caffeine & driving… so I scaled back on coffee & bought a bamboo cig from Etsy for the car. I’m so grateful that this worked for me. I noticed there’s a new video so I’m going to listen to it. ☺️Hang in there!

Yes! Coffee is a big one @Melissa Howard. When you aren't smoking you can only handle half the amount of caffeine before getting the jitters and that can feel like withdrawal. Cutting coffee seriously cuts back on what people think of as withdrawal symptoms.

@@melis4463 Thank you so much. Day 6 and it's going well. I have listened to hypnosis every night and I really believe it's working. I've not touched a cigarette plus really have no desire to have one. I have one coffee in the morning, other than that I have cut it out altogether as I had noticed it was giving me the shacks. Everyday that goes by I'm feeling better and better. I've got back into my reading and crafts doing thing that I enjoy and keeping busy. No more procrastinating for me. I'm so grateful 🙏 I came across this by @Antony Reed. As I'm sure without it I would have reached for the cigarettes by now. I haven't seen his new one but will have a look and listen. I tried this for the first time tonight, felt this strong urge to move while lying down, like there was this internal resistance. My body refused to move for an hour or so into the session. But the feeling of resistance and unrest starting manifesting physically. I can see how this can work though. And I'll continue for a week if nothing.

You've got this, Rachel. 😉 Making the decision is the hard part. This helps with the rest. Pro tip... After this, if you drink caffeinated beverages, cut back by half. Nicotine allows us to metabolize twice the caffeine than non smokers, so after you quit, if you don't cut back, it builds up faster than we can safely use it and gets to toxic levels, causing what we used to believe are "nicotine withdrawal" symptoms... Nervousness, jitters, basically feeling horrible. 😉

Hi Everyone, Today is my first day of quit smoking, I have been smoking for more then 14 years and Its been 12 hours so far I didn't smoke, I was an athlete but life turned me totally different, I want to get back to real life, since I have been reading comments I felt I can do that too. I am already imagine myself now without smoke. Wish me luck please and pray I will stand with my promise and don't pick this suicide stick.

I've quit in the past. Honestly don't want to quit bad enough yet so this prob won't work but still going to listen. It can't hurt anything. Have 26yrs sober but quitting smoking has been a real challenge to say the least. Didn't start smoking till I was 28 when I was in the army. Just turned 59.

If you can trick yourself into "deciding" you've had enough and make a firm decision to quit, that's when it becomes easy to quit and never look back. That's what I did after 20+ years of smoking. I wasn't even planning to quit. I just heart Tony Robbins talk about how to change a habit. He said you have to get emotionally charged, decide you are done forever, then take massive action. I was just folding laundry and listening. Then I just figured i was going to test it out... Why not, right? lol So I took a few minutes... Figured I may as well try it on smoking... Got myself worked up about it... Said out loud I was done... Then went online, found a free hypnosis audio on some website and listened. I've never smoked since. You can do this too. :)

I had to stop smoking for surgery. The only reason they gave me surgery is because it was life threatening. Fusions usually don’t take if you smoke after surgery. I did. I couldn’t quit! 👎 I tried everything!!!!! Patches.... nope👎, that pill chantax... 👎, the gum that tastes like cardboard..... 👎, do I need to go on?! Lol. Well now I need neck surgery again August 19th. They said if I had any nicotine in my system, they will not do surgery this time.🤦‍♀️. I still couldn’t quit! 👎 In the past I used the patches, gum, etc.... but now... because they have nicotine so.... yeah, I couldn’t even use them. I was so f word. With an Ed at the end. But, then I found you! Thank you so much God! He had to have lead me to your channel. I haven’t had a cigarette in 4 days! That is the longest I’ve ever went... and cold turkey! It’s because of this video! Thank you so much again! You saved me!!!! 🙏😁

Right on! Quick pro-tip that can make a HUGE difference... Nicotine doubles the rate that you metabolize caffeine. Because of this, you'll want to cut your caffeine intake down by 1/2 to remove most of the nasty jitters and anxiety we think of as withdrawal symptoms. As your body gets rid of nicotine, if you don't cut back the caffeine, it builds twice as fast, and you can't metabolize it fast enough. That's what 'smoking withdrawal symptoms' actually are.

You've got this, MaryJane! The problem is actually 10x smaller than the fear of it. * PRO TIP: Cut any caffeine consumption by half the day you quit. Nicotine doubles the rate we can metabolize caffeine, so this is where most people get "nervous nicotine withdrawal" symptoms. If you quit but don't cut back your caffeine, you can't metabolize it fast enough and you get the symptoms of caffeine overdose... THAT is actually what people believe is nicotine withdrawal.
