Excess sugar in your diet can lead to short term health problems. Cutting down can help you reclaim control of your cravings and your health. Let’s kick sugar -- and cravings to the curb and get back to basics! It takes 21 days to form a habit. Plus, 21 days is plenty of time to feel the fantastic effects of life with less sugar.

Hey Manju i am really impressed by your knowledge since last year i have already taken this challenge from 1st June today its 21st day.Though i am feeling energetic and no more craving for sugar now but there is no weight loss i am doing excercise and taking home made meal

Hi. I am new to fitness. It been 3 mnt I started weight training in gym. In March height is 5.5 my weight was 58, bmi 20 , body fat 25% , Body fat mass - 14kg but in June my weight is - 62 kg, body fat - 15.9% , body fat mass index- 9.8kg , BMI- 23 .. with in three months. Is it ok to have less body fat and body fat index.. please guide
