Fun fact from Brazil, maybe explaining all those copy paste houses plus military base in the middle. Back in the day, when military was strong, and we has military government and Yada Yada Yada... We use to have those military complexes with the base in the middle and all the houses built exactly the same for the militars and their families. I grow up in a neighborhood similar to that but built for a flour factory... That brings me memories 😍

I actually really like the military base's placement since all those houses feel as if it's military housing which makes sense with the houses' sizes.

Those apartment buildings are adorable! Maybe the duplicate housing areas are for military personnel and families? Just a guess since they're right next to the military rabbithole.

Hi angela, i downloaded this world and have been playing it for almost a week now, and its 1 of my fav world now. Its very beautiful, but it has a routing problem with the river between the city and the neighborhood area, also the bridge next to the huge private gated land(on the midle-right side) I use nraas mods, but the routing still not solved. I wish i can show you screenshot of it so you can easily find and fix it. Its a very beautiful world

I love this world. I've always wanted to stay in these multi floor apartments and never could get one! I love the walking strip around the city Center and the little details. I've added a lot more clubs in the junkyard area and upgraded a little bit on the farmer side. I full time play on this world and have been the past 2 years. I moved all my Sunset Valley residents here. IThe first thing that I had to do is add more large rocks on all the Ports as the routing became difficult and Nraas threw too many errors. All the Sims got stuck and prioritized boats over . I thoroughly enjoy this neighborhood. Glitch and all.

I'm so sorry for the bugs, the game doesn't respect its own limits. I've tried fixes, but they didn't work, maybe I'll try again. I'm glad you like it and I played it 2 years ago. 💜💚

Aww I remember this world. There’s so many amazing custom worlds in TS3 and this makes me miss it 😫😭 and all the homes by the military base looking the same, is actually really accurate because that’s how they usually are on bases.

Já joguei bastante nesse mundo. 😍 Não tem problema de lag, e meu notebook é apenas razoável. Só encontrei problema ao decorar as casas, o jogo sempre fechava, principalmente com a mansão. Então carregava casas prontas e conseguia joga bem. Um dos meus mundos preferidos! Tem um porto onde os Sims ficam sempre presos, isso era muito engraçado... os barcos navegando em círculo. Mas de resto, tirando a ponte grande, que meus Sims caiam dela não sei porque, o demais é excelente e dá pra jogar muito 🤩

Sim, há problemas com a navegação e os portos. Por algum motivo o jogo não respeita as próprias regras, já tentei contornar mas não consegui. Quem sabe eu volte com o mundo para alterações 😅💜💚

I believe full is the one I downloaded; populated I imagine comes with a save file. if you just want the world, download full!

Hi. I did install the town but it is not playable. Because the ports for boats, sims tend to go in boat across the canals and get stuck. All the time. I was so sad when I see that my sims can't go any ware.

Most houses are empty to make the world lighter, but there are furnished houses in each area 💜💚
