Hey Nate, huge congratulations. I stopped on the 26th Sept so am also in the early days. I watched a video posted by sweetlifelanta where Mon had quit smoking. His words really impacted me and I decided to give quitting a go. I’m missing the enjoyment when relaxing, sitting thinking, processing things etc. it’s gets tough at times but I find I just needed to change my routine and that has helped a lot. I don’t really get cravings for nicotine which is super. I love that my hair and clothes don’t smell of smoke and most of all, my non smoking hubby is super chuffed that I smell nice 😂 Onwards and upwards 🤘

Good for you Nat for giving up smoking. I would just ignore these people who pick at you on every aspect you comment on. We call them know all know nothings. On a different note, just a suggestion but it would be good for you to put together a calendar for 2025 of you're photography as its something you enjoy and are good at, collect photos throught the year,make up a calendar and add it to the website. Just something to think about. I Enjoy the channel and as we say.KEEP CALM😂

@NativeFarang2 ай бұрын
@@TravelAddictTez Maybe we need to address this in a video, we're getting asked almost everyday 😅 Camila and I communicate in English. I dedicate at least an hour a day to sit with the kids and go through some Thai books, apps etc to teach them and they watch a mixture of English and Thai youtube videos. I speak in Thai when communicating with locals and encourage the kids to use Thai phrases that they already know. But, I'm not putting pressure on it, they will learn and integrate when they go to school. I'd rather they were fluent in English before they become fluent in Thai 🙏

How much does a large Billboard on the highway leading into Surin cost Natt?
@NativeFarang2 ай бұрын
I can't say I've looked into it, but I would imagine if you own the billboard company, probably a lot cheaper than if you're paying someone to make it. It's all relative, that's quite a vague question. The cost will differ depending on size, location, type of billboard ect...
@Dana-ie2bh2 ай бұрын
@@NativeFarang Does the poor Thai farmer get paid if someone puts up a billboard on his/her land? Does the Thai government subsidize poor Thai farmers? Is there a minimum wage for poor Thai farmers? Is any swinging butt working as a field hand a "Thai farmer"? Where do they thresh the rice? Where do they mill and wash and package the rice? Is rice for export a higher grade or a lower grade than most of what is sold locally? What pesticides do Thai farmers use on their rice? What percentage of rice strains are now GMO's?
@NativeFarang2 ай бұрын
Are these rhetorical questions? I believe someone as educated as yourself would already know the answer to these. If not, I suggest maybe asking these questions to the head of agriculture here in Thailand rather than asking a small dumb KZbinr like myself. Even I know that this isn't a reliable source for information on such topics.

At the end of the day, we're all humans. We're just a greedy species, always wanting more. A millionaire will always aspire to be a billionaire... contentment isn't so easy for us. That's why we're at the top of the food chain on this small planet we call Earth.
