I don’t have more fingers 🖐️🖐️to count how many times I have set quit smoking resolutions for New Years. All of them were failed attempts. As far as I’m concerned, this is the only way to quit smoking and the least stressful way too. You first change how you feel about smoking, while you smoke, then you quit smoking. 80% of the hard work is done before you actually quit smoking. It’s that easy! Almost 1 year smoke free for me and no more needing to make New Year resolutions!
