Thank you so much Chris! Your videos are helping me get through my cravings. I am now smoke free for 5 days. I’m happier and feel amazing. I wish I would have quit sooner but hey, here we are.

Hi Christina, really glad the videos have helped :) Keep up the great work! I think we all quit when we're ready and the time is right for us..better to be grateful that we got here in the end than to regret something we can't change. Wishing you many more smoke free days! :)

Hi Chris, I actually got through today without smoking by thinking of good tips from your videos. Like how great it's going to feel once I am free and how everything in life will get better. I truly believe that now and want to be smoke free! All of your encouragement appears to be paying off 😃

Hi, Chris day 4 here cold turkey. Thank you for all the encouragement, advice, and enlightment. All I can say is I learned my lesson. I'll never go to a gambling casino smoking area and expose myself to smokers for prolong hours ever again. Thank you for this helpful video.

Chris, I like your discussion about how quick a craving can pass and wanted to tell you that before I stopped completely, I would test this theory. I started skipping the morning smoke to see how I would feel. Later, I tried skipping the after eating smoke. Finding out that skipping these smokes that I thought were so important to me and then realizing I felt just fine without them helped to build my confidence to quit :)
@ChrisSkoyles6 жыл бұрын
That sounds like a great way to prepare for the big quit - After all, if you can get through those two smokes (they were the most important ones to me, too!) there's nothing you can't get through! :)
@mgouley6 жыл бұрын
Yes, I didn't feel any pain without these smokes. I didn't do anything crazy, or freak out. It proved to me that I will survive without these smokes and all of the rest of them! 50 hours now and I'm doing just fine :)
@ChrisSkoyles6 жыл бұрын
Oh you'll do more than just survive - you'll thrive! Well done on making it to 40 hours! You've got this :)

fighting these urges infront of my friends in the starting was the most difficult task...when I learnt to be relaxed staying calm in these situations it gave me some kind of inner strength... it's all about first few weeks or months trust me you'd start feeling like a non-smoker past this time...my friends smoking infront of me was the biggest trigger so I fought against it...no doubt it was difficult for first few days bt it gets alot easier..

I always stated a line to myself when these urges came " it's not air, it's not water, you won't die if you won't smoke" it worked for me..and after a few weeks I could finally feel the demon leaving my body which is nicotine addiction..
