I want to exercise and be healthy and reverse this heart disease.. Tonight I will put out my last smoke and Start this journey again!! Pray for me.. I need to achieve this for me and my daughter! After watching a few of your videos and self-hypnosis one, afterwards, I was dreaming that I struggled with a snake that kept trying to bite me, but I kept hitting it against the ground until I finally defeated it. There was no blood, but instead, The snake's head was a Burrell of dried tobacco.

Sorry to hear you're sick, Tammy. Hope you feel better soon! Hold on in there - I never knew a cigarette to make me feel better when I was sick, it only ever made feel worse, especially if I was quitting. The worst of this will pass through and you'll be so grateful you got through it. Keep going and be proud of yourself for getting this far :)

I‘d doubt I‘ll stop I smoke everyday 10-15 cigarettes a day, I buy myself two big packs for a whole week which contains 55 cigarettes. The number may or may not be accurate but it’s around that what I smoke. Anyhow it’s so in control of me, I don’t have the will to stop even tho I know it’s harmful and I want and should stop. I hope after watching this video it changes it somehow

Chris, I am struggling with quitting smoking as well, I really don't know how to do it. I like cigarettes and hate it because it is harmful, I know but still like it, I mean I like the smoke coming in and out of my chest. Maybe I like the smell of it in my nose, even though, I am having the worst time in my life ever. Got a carotid stenosis and can't even stop it. I am doing buteyko breathing and still can't get rid of cigarettes.

I have tried everything from multiple medications, gum, patches, hypnosis, meditations, books, vaping, etc. Even on chantix for a second time. Nothing has helped . Going to start watching all your videos, as I really need to quit ASAP. And, I have entered those exact search terms many times over the years. This is the first time a video came up with that topic.

what IS that bit that drags you back in, i wonder. after a week for sure theres no nicotine in the system, after a month or so one forgets about it, but still after years and years many go back. why is that? bugs me. been thefe myself several tjmes and found it easy to quit cold turkey yet i go back again and again. the longest i did was 3 years
