I started watching when you announced that Jessica had cancer. I prayed everyday for her after watching that episode and was hooked to make sure she made a full recovery and watch your family. It brought peace to me as I was growing and learning how to be a single mom. Thank you for being there and I pray everyday still for your family. Love you guys!

I wanted to do random acts of kindness but life has been turned upside down. I’m only in my 40’s I had a DVT, Pulmonary Embolism, Hear attack and TIA. 99:9% of people don’t survive that, but I did, I’ve lost my voice and am losing everything. You truly bring smiles to my life. Even though my iPad now only will run one app, I chose KZbin to watch you guys. Questioning why I was chosen to survive. Lots of luv from FL 👍🏻👍🏻❤️❤️❤️

You two are setting such good examples to everyone on how to treat each other and your children. It makes me so proud of you every time I see the kids doing chores. The ethics you instill in them will go with them all their lives. Growing up my family was not able to provide much monetarily. But the way they showed love made us a happy family. I see that love in your family. God Bless!

But I have a loving, faithful Father, a great family around me, a wonderful small group (church Bible study), friends, even my medical team (most are believers)- Such a blessing. One of the high points of these dreary days is your "happy peoples" posts. I'm learning much about our 49th state! Thank you for bringing joy to me and for the prayers. I attended Birchwood Elementary in Eagle River back in the early 70s. We were allowed to play outside at recess as long as the temp was -30F or higher. All the kids wore what we called Air Force parkas, the ones with hoods that zipped out what seemed to be 2" beyond your nose. I NEVER felt cold. SO MANY intense lunchtime games of king of the mountain on the big piles of plowed snow!! We were hard core players ... little 1st grade girls taking out the big older boys at the knees. The weird things that stick in our memory! lol

After my mother passed there wasn't anyone to celebrate my birthday. I told myself "I'm a big girl, I don't need a party" and decided to make cookie trays to pass around to my friends. My birthday. is in December so it was a Christmas thing. Unfortunately I took the trays around on my birthday which is 2 days before Christmas and a lot of the people weren't home. You are right about the feeling you get while doing a good deed. I always felt really good after passing out the trays whether the recipients were home or not.

I am 67 and retired, single, so don't know if I will ever make it or not, but never give up, always pray, and be positive. Life is so hard for so many right now, but with prayers we do wake up in the morning, and we can walk. I was feeling kinda down this morning and found a new video this morning so you brightened my day. Thank you for sharing your life with us. I love your house, it is beautiful. It is funny but watching Life below Zero you think Alaska is like that, but it is not. You even have a KRISPY KREME, and I live 5 minutes from one and I try to stay away from it. When you see that HOT light on, oh my, I have to just drive on and say, oh, I wish I had just one hot doughnut. LOL They are amazing when they are hot. I live 20 minutes outside of Charlotte, but as cities grow, we are not that far anymore. Our area is growing so much and people are moving to the area and not living in Charlotte. Oh, well thank you so much for sharing. I can not imagine walking out and seeing a moose in your yard. We have deer in the area so that is exciting to see but a moose, wow, that is really exciting.
