It was hella good to see you all you guys. It’s been awhile since my internet life and my real life collided. It’s nice to see all these thoughtful comments that I haven’t been forgotten. It’s been a few years since I posted, and somehow in business ownership years it’s been a week. Weird how that works. Super proud of you, Block. Doing the thing, and having fun. Thanks for not forgetting about the ol’ retired KZbinr, and stopping by. Even if you did just want to rub it in that you get to make epic road trips, and I get stuck working 😂

It was you, me, and my bike in my garage every weekend. You and Itchy, the pioneers of the East. Dirty thumbs up on my helmet. We have a well known older guy in the Detroit area named John Maxwell, excellent Harley engine rebuilder. I had my John (Georgia) Maxwell beanie on at the eye doctor. This grey beard asked me where I got my hat and said he was John Maxwell, ha ha. That's how we meant in person!

Great to see @TheHarleyTech thriving in his own gig. We do miss your videos; probably the best mechanic led information I've ever seen. And Blockhead - your buddy/travel videos are the absolute best to watch. Keep bringing some of those among all the other bike material you share! Thanks!

Fantastic series, looking forward to the choppers out there. My wife and I just got back from a 1700 mile trip down to Glacier National Park, Yellowstone, Chief Joseph and Beartooth Pass. All on an MV Agusta F4. That was a long hard ride. But a great time, and beautiful country.

Block, the hot weather trick on the long trips is to keep the sun off you. I use a mesh light colored jacket and wet the cool shirt underneath and it will cool you for about an hour and a half. I have been doing this for many yrs and it works. Cool points go right out the window when it comes to staying comfortable on long trips. Be safe, have fun.

I have made a lot of tweeks and changes and undone some of those over the last 2 years on my 21 RGS. Stepped up from yamaha 650 and sportsters. Nearing 30K, I'll hit it before end of Sept. When I saw Blockheads face reveal I thought "it's John, nope it's not". Maxwell was the first Harley content youtuber I started watching when I wanted to do my upgrades myself, all old content but still valuable! I was looking for a bar exchange video seeings that is my next project this week and adding heated grips. Gets cold riding year round in Maine!!!

You touched on it at the end of the video, talking about how you’re going to give your thoughts about your current set up. I think it would be really interesting to hear everybody’s thoughts based on the bike they chose what they would change or do differently. Great video as always, love the channel.
