I would have just giggled a bit to ease the tension and mentioned everything else with a light "we understand it happens but don't do it again" tone of voice and then brought it back to the product. That's just me though. I'd think viewers are more likely to feel happy when the hosts make it fun and laidback instead of serious. And happy people with credit cards is what you want as your viewership lol. That's part of why these sorts of things work in the first place.

And yes, we all know these adults probably curse off air, but the fact that the FCC has regulations for such on air broadcasts made that a no-no which the HOST then had to deal with. Sara Pierce I think it’s because the network gets fined pretty hefty for using curse words on live tv. Some even have classes or levels of swear words and fines for words that cost more money. Like ‘fuck’ would be among one of the worst. And so many strikes they get taken off the air for the night so. Live tv is very strict. They usually have plenty of sponsors and all that who wouldn’t want to be associated with things like that even for a moment.
