There'd be lawsutis left and right if something like this was in the United States (saying that as an American). We'd have to have the luge vehicles get their own automated brakes because of those few dumbasses who'd willingly go full speed all the way into final stop on the track (and cause accidents, injuries). Doesn't apply to all of us, but it'd have to be heavily modified so a few morons' wouldn't ruin it for the rest of us.
