Could also delay the oldale encounter until after route 104 for the sizzlipede/salandit dupe, but those are pretty small odds and probably not worth actually considering in a deep calculation like this. Likewise, you could try and get a compound eyes Pokemon on 104 to increase odds of drawing surskit since it has a chance to hold honey

Based cooking, but I think to maximize odds you should also consider the lotad dup chance, which increases surskit chance in little root.
