It makes me truly believe that I can reach out into the air and a gentle hand will be there, even if I can’t feel them near. I still re-watch The Rugrats in Paris movie as an adult because it heals the child in me and this song, this beautiful wonderful song, always makes me cry. I hope you’re at peace, Sinéad. Sinead O’Connor passed away at age 56!! When You Love from Rugrats in Paris: The Movie Soundtrack. My condolences to her friends and family are grieving a tragic loss. I remembered when I was a kid watching Rugrats in Paris: The Movie while at the scene when the Rugrats characters were dancing with their mothers except for Chuckie. Your song come up and didn’t know what the beautiful song was and at the time when KZbin didn’t existed until it was launched in 2005. The movie was released in 2000, at the time it was such of the beginning of modern Social Media , it’s wasn’t until 12 years later,I found this beautiful and subtle vocals of the song to this day remind me when you love someone that impacted your life like a family member or friends that inspired me and anyone and the lost of the family or lost of a father/mother, cousins, aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews. Your song it’s so inspirational and impacted me and others who grew up in the late 1990’s and Early 2000’s. Thank you so much for childhood memories by the impact of your vocals and music. I’m going to miss you dearly and your inspirational impact in in the music industry. Thank you and Rest in Paradise Sinead!!!!!!!!

I thank God for my mother because she help me and teach me about keeping the Ten Commandments and knowing that the sabbath is a holy day to keep. She is the best mother I had ever had. Just finding out you passed away broke my heart...thank you for singing this masterpiece. I'll be soon reunited with the one I've loved and waited for 3 decades now. Were going to miss you....RIP Sinead. 🕊️ 🌺

I wonder if this song hits Sinead differently since her son passed away. 🥺

This was one of my favorite songs since my childhood when I was 9 years old watching it on VHS tape. I felt sorry for Chuckie when he didn't have a mother to dance with.
