I’m a 13 year old girl and I’m not the best at cooking so I’ve been looking up easy Japanese food tutorials. I tried this one and my whole family is impressed! They all liked the omelette and said I did really good! Thank you for this!

我這輩子吃過最好吃的蛋包飯是以前學校附近一家很簡單的小吃店，他的料理很簡單，沒有什麼特別的料，洋蔥、細肉條與紅蘿菠粒而已，蛋皮也很薄，不過好香，那個蛋香味配上酸酸甜甜的飯，每次都讓我想再吃一碗

i didn’t know you could do them these ways. i just cooked the rice and put it on a plate and cooked the egg, and then put the egg on top of the rice and cut the middle.
