Quite new project, just started construction. That 900m distance is through a small kampung road with no proper pathway. Developer has unknown/ minimal track record. Risky in my opinion

Yes you can. Bank can give up to 80% margin of financing. Depend on the unit. Some cases maybe 60-70% margin only

Assuming buying price is RM1m, you pay deposit 30%, loan for 25 years, at 4% interest - that translates to instalment per month of RM3,700. Then the maintenance assume RM400 a month and opportunity cost of locking in the 30% down payment - FD assume now is 3%. Which means if you don’t rent it out at RM4,850 a month you earn nothing. But just expose yourself to losses - rent default, forex drop against you, cost of damages when you tenant trash your unit, break in(Msia remember?) etc If you put your 30% down payment in the Fixed Deposit at 3% interest - RM9,000 a year. No worries.

Actually phase 1 and 2 has the same interior specs. But workmanship in Phase 2 can see is better. Common area nicer too
