No, it's not that. E621 lacks the booru module that displays thumbnails of flash content. So instead you just get a white box that says "Flash". This make it a PITA to decide if the flash i something you would be interested in, or not. You basically have to go by faith and trust in the tags and hope the animator knows how to draw.

It's derpy as hell in all of the display pictures on the site (it's always looking toward the camera) and the eyes look kind of messed up in person, but I think that's by design to maintain the derpiness. Judging just by the name, I would've thought it was some kind of robot that helps with exercise, and I don't know why.
