I tried it two times and came out well the second time. My Son liked the ghee toasted roti with paneer curry. Mam, truly it's kind of liberation from that oily -टूटे ragi dosas ।

This is very innovative. In Karnataka we eat Ragi dishes everyday. This new way of cooking Ragi will definitely come in handy.

Poonam Ji, I successfully tried your recipe today. Your video was very helpful because you tell the exact proportions and procedure and show the results at the end by scrunching the bread at the end in your hands which shows what to expect in the end product. Thank you very much for sharing.

Very well made ...I can't believe that this can be soft too...Wonderful mam...Must try this...Since I have problem of gluten ...This roti is a really good option...So far I had made only bhakti out of it by adding grated coconut.it is quite stiff & hard compared to your Roti's...God bless u..It recipes r always awesome

I tried this method of making ragi roti today and came out excellent. I was really happy with the ultra soft ragi rotis and the fact that i was able to roll the rotis like usual rotis :) thank u poonam ji for this recipe. its a keeper :)

Very nice and simple recipe. Explained in easy steps. Good for lunch box and healthy too. Can I prepare the dough previous night and store in fridge for next day. Will the rotti be same consistency? Please suggest.

We make it at home regularly. Goes well with onion chutney. We also add onions and drumstick leaves to the dough along with finely cut chilles and a little tamarind juice. Try it also!
