Especially, the program #AndhraMahaBharatham, telecasted on #BhaktiTV for 1818 Episodes was a classic and was widely regarded as one of the best TV shows in Telugu. @@kesulokesh5489 ఆత్మ సంయమ యోగము శ్లో|| 7: జితాత్మనః ప్రశాన్తస్య పరమాత్మా సమాహితః । శీతోష్ణ సుఖ దుఃఖేషు తథా మానావ మానయోః || (బ్రహ్మయోగము) భావము:- ఆత్మను తెలిసినవాడు పరమాత్మ ఎడల ప్రశాంతత పొందియుండును. అట్టివాడు శీతోష్ణ సుఖదుఃఖములందు, అట్లే మానావమానములందు సమానత్వము కల్గివుండును. వివరము:- ఆత్మ పరివారమును జయించి ఆత్మదర్శనము చేసుకొన్న జీవుడు, పరమాత్మకు తనకు మధ్య శత్రుత్వములేనివాడై, ఇద్దరి మధ్య ప్రశాంతత కల్గినవాడై ఉండును. అతడు శీతోష్ణములందును, సుఖదుఃఖములయందును, మానావమానములయందును సమానత కల్గివుండును. ఇక్కడ గమనించవలసిన విశేషత ఒకటున్నది. అదేమనగా ఈ శ్లోకము బ్రహ్మయోగమునకు సంబంధించినది. యోగియైనవాడు మెలకువతో వచ్చు సుఖదుఃఖములకు సమానముగ ఉన్నాడని అనుకోకూడదు. సుఖదుఃఖములు సమానత యోగములో ఉన్నప్పుడేనని తెలియాలి. ఒకడు బ్రహ్మయోగములో ఉన్నప్పుడు కన్నులు మూసుకొని నిశ్శబ్దమైన ప్రదేశములో శుభ్రమైనచోట కూర్చొని యోగములో లగ్నమై ఉన్నపుడు, అతని ముందర సుఖమును కల్గించు అందమైన దృశ్యమునుంచినను, అట్లే కష్టమును బాధను కల్గించు సమీప బంధువు యొక్క శవమును తెచ్చిపెట్టినను, బయటి ధ్యాస లేనివానికి రెండు సమానమే. మానావమానములందును, శీతోష్ణములందును సమానత్వము కల్గినవాడనగ, పూర్తి బ్రహ్మయోగములో లగ్నమై బాహ్య విషయధ్యాసలేనివాడని అర్థము. వాని శరీరము లోని మనస్సు ఏమాత్రము పనిచేయనిదై ఉన్నప్పుడే, బాహ్యవిషయముల సుఖమును దుఃఖమును మానావమానములను లోపలి జీవునికి అందించలేదు. ఈ శ్లోకములోని విషయమును ఈ విధముగ అర్థము చేసుకోక, మెలుకువలోనున్న యోగి కష్టసుఖము లలో సమానత్వము కల్గివున్నాడంటే, యోగి శరీరములోని జీవునికి కష్టసుఖ అనుభూతుల భేదము లేదంటే మొత్తము కర్మ సిద్ధాంతమే తలక్రిందులై పోవును. ధర్మములను తెలియజేయు భగవద్గీతకే అర్థము లేకుండపోవును. అందువలన ఈ విషయము బ్రహ్మయోగములోనున్న సమయములో సంభవించునదని, మిగతా సమయములో కర్మయోగికి కాని, బ్రహ్మయోగికి కాని కష్టసుఖ అనుభూతులను జీవుడు అనుభవించి తీరవలసిందేనని, అప్పుడు వాటి బేధము జీవునకు తప్పనిసరిగ తెలియుచునే ఉండునని గ్రహించాలి. ఈ శ్లోకములో కూడ జితాత్మనహః అని చెప్పియున్నారు. ఆత్మను అనుభవించు సమయమునే జితాత్మనహః అన్నారని తెలుసుకోవాలి. బ్రహ్మయోగములో మనస్సు ఆత్మమీద లగ్నమై, ఆత్మయొక్క విషయమును బుద్ధికి జీవునకు తెలియజేయు సమయములో, బయటి విషయములన్ని సమానముగ తెలియకుండ పోవుచున్నవని క్రింది శ్లోకములో కూడ తెల్పుచున్నారు చూడండి.
