羊肚菌雞湯Morel Chicken Soup
材料有羊肚菌, 姬松茸, 茶樹菇,冇皮雞半隻,西施骨一條, 南棗, 紅棗, 龍眼肉, 乾瑤柱兩粒,杞子一湯匙, 薑兩片The ingredients include morel, Agaricus blazei Murrill, tea tree mushrooms, half a chicken with no skin, one pork soft bone, southern jujube, red dates, dried longan meat, two dried scallops, a tablespoon of wolfberry, and two slices of ginger
把冇皮雞和西施骨灼水以去除血水, 油和污漬Blanch the chicken and soft bones with boiling water to remove blood water, oil and stains
然後用清水洗乾淨Then wash it with water
羊肚菌, 是最香的一種菇, 可以補腎, 補血, 提神, 抗癌 Morel is the most fragrant mushroom, it can nourish the kidney and blood, refresh, and fight cancer.
姬松茸, 有消炎, 補腎, 降血糖, 促進骨髓生長的作用Agaricus blazei Murrill, has anti-inflammatory, nourish kidney, lowering blood sugar, and promoting bone marrow growth

清洗這三種菇, 需要用豆粉一 湯匙開水, 白加入醋一茶匙To clean these three kinds of mushrooms, you need to use a tablespoon of soy flour, mix with water, and add a teaspoon of white vinegar

把雞, 西施骨, 羊肚菌, 姬松茸, 茶樹菇, 南棗, 紅棗, 龍眼肉, 乾瑤柱, 兩片薑 放入氣壓煲(高速煲) Put the chicken, soft bone, morel mushroom, Agaricus blazei, tea tree mushroom, south jujube, red date, longan meat, dried scallop, two slices of ginger into a pressure cooker (high speed cooker)
現在不要放入杞子, 太早放入杞 湯會有酸味Don't put in wolfberry now. Put in the wolfberry too early, the soup will have a sour taste
加入清水, 直至蓋過所有材料Add clean water until all ingredients are covered
用氣壓煲煮一小時Cook in a pressure cooker for one hour
一小時以後, 過濾湯表面的油After an hour, filter the oil on the surface of the soup
再把湯煮至沸騰, 然後加入杞子Cook until boiling again, then add the wolfberry
再煮大約十五分鐘Cook for another fifteen minutes
試味, 若果味道不夠, 可以加一茶匙鹽Taste, if the fruit tastes not enough, you can add a teaspoon of salt
