I had a cat one time, he had an eye deformation as well as some sort of genetic thing that prevented him from growing past his kitten size, and one day he left the house and got ran over by a car, and some lady took him to the vet to see if she could save him, I think about her a lot, despite the ridiculous costs of vets nowadays, she tried to save some random cat that had no importance to her, and hearing all of these peoples stories about having people murder their cat for no reason, I realize how goddamn lucky I was to have someone try to nurse my precious little Jack Jack back to health, even if it never worked. If by some miracle that same lady is reading this, I hope they’ll make a special spot in heaven for you.

I stopped believing in the God that cristianty believes in, as well as I only continue to lose hope in humanity. Many, many years ago, my aunt had a dog named Gretchen who wandered to someone’s yard out in the country, and was shot. This happened on several occasions. I believe this happened when she was around 5 years old. I have no idea how many times she was shot but it was around 3 or 4. Again, she was around 5, and died just a few weeks ago at age 14, due to a large hernia on her stomach. She was very strong and lived with this soccer ball sized hernia for years. I miss you Gretchen.

I’m asthmatic and my school nurse tried to pull that same shit on me by having my inhaler locked in her office. When she found out I had an extra one on me just in case I started to have an attack and I couldn’t make it to her office in time, she yelled at me. Every time I went in there after that she would ask if I still had one on me and when I told her yes, shed say to leave it home and that I would only be allowed to use it in her office. One day I actually listened to her and left it at home, I had an Asthma attack on the playground and the doors automatically locked, so I was outside, struggling to breathe and I had to wait fir someone to walk by to get let in so I didn’t fucking die. Now I always keep one on me no matter the context.

Ok so I'm a huge history geek. Well, more my dad and older brother. So I have heard and read a lot on ww2 and Hitler. The reason ww2 happened was because he cared for Germany. After ww1 slot of countries were in a depression like America. This included Germany. He blamed the Jews for their problems because he need a excuse to get German to rise up again. The people were desperate enough to believe him because they wanted better lives. Yes Hitler hurt a lot of people, he was given the consequences and paid. But he pulled not just Germany but also a lot of other countries out of their depressions. He helped boot up the universal economy. In fact, I believe China is one but there are some countries who praise Hitler for caring for his country, for getting it and others out the great depression. I don't at all agree with his tactics. I don't agree he is a 100% good person, but then again nobody else is either. His was good enough to care for his people. But I'd we're to start talking about really bad people then do I have list for you. And Stalin is indefinitely on top of my list of horrible people to have ever lived. Dear god those poor people of Russia and those public executions to people who were completely innocent.

You’re right that the chances are incredibly slim. I’ve only heard of a couple instances where the incredibly sentimental valued item was returned. Both times it was an urn filled with their child’s ashes. One was stolen during a B&E, the other was stolen from a car. The last was some thieves that broke into a non-descript business and stole all their computers and other items. It hit the news, then the following morning everything was returned and with the items was a note. Apparently once the thieves got home and turned on one of the computers they realized the “business” they robbed was a non-profit that helps victims of horrible sexual assault/rape/etc. the criminals sincerely apologized and said if they had known they never would’ve done it. So there ARE some criminals with a heart and compassion out there. They’re just incredibly few and far between.

11:47 this story makes me jealous. the special education school i went to essentially tortured us. we were put in rooms like that but there wasn't any locks so the staff members who were over 300 pounds would block the doors. the doors had insults carved into them and there was a very bright light and white reflective tiles to the point it was painful to just be in that room. some of the staff members would insult us (i was... 8 i believe when i came up to my teacher and told her i puked in the bathroom and she said something along the lines of "what are you a baby? only babies say "puke" now go sit down or you will get in trouble") sometimes the 300+ pound people would sit on us when we got out of control. the staff on the bus would shove our heads against the window and pin us against it using their bodies if we got upset and disrespected them and they would say that we became violent which 90% of the time the only violence that happened there was of the kids trying to get these people off us. some of us (including myself) tried telling our parents but either no one cared or no one believed us as we "probably just didn't understand the situation" or "well they said you became violent so stop lying" simple truth is abusing people with mental impairments is not only common but torturing us is flat out legal in some states (look up judge Judge Rotenberg Educational Center) the boy in that story has a parent who truly cares about him and is trying to protect him from these types of people. me and many others like me didn't have that and i am jealous and i do truly hope that this kid has a better future.

It's horrific how people with disabilities/impairments are still treated to this day. In some countries, the abortion time frame is extended if they find out the kid will be disabled (I'm all for abortion rights but thats straight up eugenics), ABA is still legal, etc (and that's only on mental disabilities, I've seen TSA break people's mobility aids). And people act like just because wheelchair ramps are common, we've somehow just solved ableism in its entirety. It's gross. Sorry about the rant, this story just made me really mad. The uniform consisted in one shirt, a yarn vest and the sweater, also made of yarn. On summer season Monterrey usually reaches 35° C, and it's a very humid place, so when he came out of the school, he was all red and sweating and crying. Nobody ever told my mom about it until she asked why he was always sweating. Then we change school. Sometimes people can be so cruel.

When I was in middle school I was labeled as a trouble maker and given multiple "in school suspensions" where I was locked in a room with no windows all day with nothing except my thoughts, my schoolwork, and the sound of a ridiculously loud clock ticking. The only differance is that they would turn the lights off when they locked me up in storage, or the closet (?). I am autistic and often I didn't understand what it was that I did wrong. As sombody who has been in that area of work since i was legally able to work, its horrible what some people are capable of to the workers, we make just enough to scrape by and we are treated by people who believe they are entitled and/or better than us, half of us are just trying to survive, others like myself are investing in their future by saving up for a car or college. Being full time and taking a gap year has really been an experience. There are people who dont even treat us as human and its sickening. My first sort of job was volunteer work when i was 14, i had been at a snack bar for my town R.E.C center, some kid about 3 years older than me decided to get some free snacks because everyone gets one free snack as a rule/priviledge. This kid throws his food at me and yells at me demanding more, i hand him another and he does it again and gets mad when i refuse to get more, he proceeds to get water and throw it at me, i went home crying that day. That wasnt even the worst thing ive had happen in my now 5 years of experience, people are just horrible.

those rooms with the brick walls and no windows with teaachers against the doors are indeed utilised for people who are having tantrums altought it isint the best way to calm people down it is indeed quite effective and i do not feel bad for them ive also been in some before usually they put you in there only if you are having a terrible outburst and cant be contained or are becoming dangerous to others (in my case id start throwing chairs at people or desks and make the entire classroom unsafe) it was morel ike a last resort room where u would have a freak out for a few minutes then calm down over time because you know you wont get out otherwise but in my school the teachers used it approprietly and only for actual students who would cause severe issues or potential harm to others or bad breakdowns/tantrums

Regarding that last one: when I was being CPR certified, I was taught that breaking ribs is a sign you’re doing it right. Not that you should aim to break ribs, but proper chest compressions need to be about 2 inches deep and the ribcage is designed to prevent your chest from being compressed

The responding police officer had to explain to the moron three times what an epi was because they refuse to give it back to me. Oh, I left out the best part. I was terminated the next day because of it and had to get the cops involved to get my Epipen pack. After filing charges against the company the manager was fired, but in my state, it's perfectly legal to fire anyone for anything (even if they have no reasoning) so I didn't get anything except my Epipen back.

I feel so bad for the autistic boy who got locked up in that cell; as someone who also experienced that (there was only one tiny window, on the door so the teachers could look inside), and now has claustrophobia due to it? He was staying there for a day to see if the school was good for him, something happened and he was theown into one of those rooms. Not trying to justify the actions of the asshole who killed the guy's dog, but from what is said in the video, the dog was seemingly allowed to wander the neighborhood unsupervised and root through several neighbors' trash. Why wasn't the owner watching their dog? It's seriously irresponsible- I can't imagine letting my dog wander around where I can't keep an eye on her. Don't get me wrong, I'd still rock anyone that hurt my dog, but the owner seems partially to blame in this case.
