INGREDIENTS :
BOTTLE GOURD - 300 GM
CHANA DAL - ½ CUP, SOAKED FOR 4 HOURS
GREEN CHILLI - 2, CUT IN HALF
ONION (MEDIUM) - 1, ROUGHLY CHOPPED + 1, FINELY CHOPPED
TURMERIC POWDER - ½ + ¼ TSP
SALT - 1 + ½ TSP
EDIBLE OIL - 1 TSP + 2 TABLESPOON
GARLIC - 4 TO 5 CLOVES
BAY LEAF - 1 LEAF
CINNAMON - ½ INCH
CLOVE - 2 Nos.
BLACK PEPPER - 5 TO 6 Nos.
DRIED RED CHILLI - 2, WHOLE
CURRY LEAF - 8 TO 10 LEAVES
CUMIN SEEDS - 1 TSP
GINGER - 1 INCH
TOMATO (SMALL) - 2, FINELY CHOPPED
RED CHILLI POWDER - 1.5 TSP
CORIANDER LEAVES
