today i am sharing again tiffin recipe of thursday ...every working women and home maker has one problem what will cook for morning tiffin so here is the solution we are presenting monday to saturday tiffin recipes,with various sabji ,raita and healthy roti puri paratha so friends to get notification of all new recipes subscribe our channel in this video i have presented thursday tiffin recipe...here are ingredients
bhinda/okra sabji
250 gram okra/bhindo/ladies finger
4 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp asphoetida
1/4 tbsp turmeric
salt to taste
2 tomato
3/4 tbsp red chilly powder
1/2 tbsp coriander powder
1/4 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp peanut powder
beetroot raita
1 cup chilled/thick curd
2 tbsp grated beet root
salt to taste
2 pinch of roasted cumin powder
1 chopped green chilly
1/2 tbsp oil
1/4 tbsp mustard
multigrain roti
1/2 cup multigrain flour
water as required
