Rasmalai Recipe Mrunalinee | Rasamalei Recipe Odia : Rasmalai or Rasamalei is one of the most popular Sweet ( Mithai / Mitha ) in India & WestBengal . This soft and juicy Rasmalai made with Cottage Cheese ( Chhena ) , milk cream, dry fruits etc. Which is a perfect Sweet / Dessert for any festival, parties etc. Enjoy :)
Ingredients :
- For making Cottage Cheese ( Chhena ) :
1. Fulfat Milk ( Khira ) - 2 pkt ( or 1 ltr )
2. Lemon 2 pcs / 4 tbsp ( lembu rasa ) - or as required ( use Vinegar instead lemon juice )
- For Sugar Syrup & Cooking Chhena Balls :
1. Water ( pani ) - 1 ltr
2. Sugar ( Chini ) - 1 bowl or 10 tbsp
- For Making Milk malai / milk mixture :
1. Fulfat Milk ( Khira ) - 2 pkt ( or 1 ltr )
2. Sugar ( Chini ) - 4 tbsp
3. Milk Powder ( Amul or any ) - 4-5 tbsp
4. Green Cardamom ( Gujurati ) - 8-10 pods
5. Saffron ( Kesara ) - 1 pinch ( Optional )
6. Coarsely grounded Almond & Pistachio ( or you can finely chopp dryfruits )
