First off, the guest speaker, Ms. Lee, the nutritionist, is well versed in her field. And being a parent, she brings into her parental experience in her sharing and that is a plus. I understand there is no free lunch and so I understand the rationale the host kept promoting probiotics throughout the show which the guest did not fully fall for it. But do we really need to hard sell the probiotics? And please dont get me wrong. I believe in probiotics and I am taking it myself every day but then every couple minutes, the subject probiotic came up - it seems to be overkill and too much. Just my 2c. Blessings from LA.
