Hi Priscilla: I am very thankful for your information. I watched this video several times and followed it straightly for a month. Sure enough, my LDL lowered from 153 down to 129 in 4 weeks. I had oatmeal 5-6 time a week for breakfast, take Psyllium, cut down on red meat and had salmon 2 time per week minimum. Thank you very much for your encouragement!
