2:00 - As a Servsafe Manager Instructor, I can tell you that meat should be stored at 135 when hot. If you are storing meat without temperature controls, you have a 4 hour window when going from hot storage to room temp, and a 6 hour window when going from cold storage to room temp before the meat should be discarded. A good way to remember this is that "OVEN" has 4 letters and "FRIDGE" has 6 letters.

13:00 There is a stupid reason why titles has become like this. A lot of anime reasently has been based of light. A lot of light novels are published on a specific site ( i forgot the title of it). When you browse that site you mostly just get the title of the light novel. So to catch the attention of readers people started putting the premise of the light novel as a title. And it worked. So now a lot of anime is based of light novels with the premise as a title.

I didn't watch The Wednesday show, so I could be super wrong. From what I can put together, a lot of people wanted Wednesday to be gay with her roommate and if Aubrey plaza was playing the role she would be gay and "Eat" her roommate. Also would be super weird if Aubrey Plaza was playing Wednesday, because she's 40, and the roommate looks like she could be in high school. Again, I cannot stress this enough, I could be completely wrong on my assessment.
