काफी अच्छी जानकारी मिली आज!! स्वामी जी फलों को भी खाने के सही तरिके होते है उनके सही समय होते है तब जा के वो सही फायदा करता है, जैसे 'अमरूद' को कब्ज़ नाशक कहा गया है बशर्ते सही समय और सही तरीके से लिया जाए। इसी तरह से हर एक फल के अपने अलग-अलग गुण और धर्म होते है, सब फलों का तो संभव नही किंतु संभव हो तो कुछ लाभकारी फलों के खाने के सही समय और सही तरीके पर वीडियो बनाने की कृपा करें! !ॐ!
