• Add finely chopped green chili to the vegetable mix.

• Heat oil in a deep-frying pan.
• Once the oil is hot, carefully drop the vegetable balls into the oil.
• Fry the balls on medium heat until they turn golden brown and crispy.
• Remove the fried balls and place them on a paper towel to drain excess oil.
SAUTÉING VEGETABLES:
• Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a pan.
• Add the finely chopped capsicum and sauté for a couple of minutes until slightly softened.
• Add Jain Schezwan sauce, red chili sauce, soy sauce, Jain tomato sauce, and vinegar to the pan.

• Add the fried Manchurian balls to the gravy.
• Toss the balls gently in the gravy, ensuring they are well coated with the sauce.
• Let the Manchurian balls simmer in the gravy for a few minutes to absorb the Flavors.

• Enjoy your delicious Jain Manchurian!
