紅蘿蔔 Carrot-30g
乾燥香菇 Dried shitake-5個

竹筍(煮過)-100g
冬粉 Bean noodles-20g
麻油 Sesame oil-2小匙
清酒 Sake-1大匙
味醂 Mirin-1大匙
砂糖 Sugar-1小匙
醬油 Soy sauce-1大匙
鹽巴&黑胡椒 Salt&pepper
花椒粉 Huajiao powder
香菇水 Shitake water-80cc
太白粉 Starch-1小匙
水 Water-1大匙

麵粉 Flour-1小匙

为了收汁,使得汁水没那么容易浸湿饼,然后越南那个透明的卷我试过,油温要再低一点,然后炸出来是白色的还蛮漂亮
