Day 15000 - we gullible humans still believe these two are human. Oh how naive of us. I can't remember the last time I sat down for an hour with this much joy and focus, with my heart filled with positivity and devoid of all the disempowering thoughts that frequent my mind these days - probably the last RaGa concert I attended! What makes them superhuman? I have NEVER attended a concert where they took things lightly, sang without pouring everything they have into each moment of their music. That mesmerising alapana made me burn my toast - TWICE. That tanam broke my neck. That unbelievably tight round of second speed swarams with poruttams for all those words make my heart rate double as I sat biting my fingers and clutching my hair in disbelief, gasping. That Parameshwari. I have been hunting for another one that comes even close to this, but I am yet to find it. These testing times seem like Natakapriya, but soon, it will give way to Parameshwari. And bliss will rise, like Surya itself and fill our hearts. And we'll all gather once again, get to hear such unreal music in real time, live, the way it was meant to be experienced. I've never been more certain of it.

This is quite remarkable. I've been listening to Karnatic music for 45 years and the only other person I saw perform this wonderful raga as RTP was MLV. in London back in 1978. I bow my head in gratitude to these two celestial beings bestowing upon us their wondrous musical gifts, blessing us with their joy, and raising our souls in this sorry world.

That was magical. Ranjani like an expert oarsman on the high seas, glided so effortlessly, wave after wave, spinning that web of magic and left it over to Gayatri to do the rest. The seas get rough but we are on a “polyreme” with just two expert rowers who sail us through with ease and sangfroid. And we get to hear the ‘not so easy to sing’ asymmetric auduva Andolika in all its glory! A brisk Tanam and surprise packed Pallavi. And this gets added to the list of favourites. Gayatri has to think ‘out of the box’ all the time. We enjoy it all the more. And end up saying ‘thank you’ for those fifty minutes of toil. The magic of this raga is so deep that Ustad Bade Ghulam Ali Khan was so impressed with GNB's delineation of Andolika that he started singing them in his concerts too.

However a large number of times i listen to RaGa music, it is never enough. I try to listen/watch all their programmes. Their RTPs are always special with some unique prayogas of combinations of ragas. Very entertaining pair. May God bless my beloved adopted daughters.

Wonder is wonder isn't it . I wonder to myself ! Are they divine beings ? Yes , definitely they are .It's definitely a fact . I can't really stop Mulling over it . As Ranjani mam progressed with her alapana , I was sure I was in for surprises as she executes the complex swarams with ease and is a mastermind . As she began Andholika adding her amazing incredible beauty to Andholika to make it the best . Wow I love her approach which is explicit to the listener and is yet simple . Marvelous and remarkable yet sublime . That is Ranjani mam. And I was in for loads of Bombshells of excitement and shock as gayatri mam started her alapana . The tanams were enough to leave me open mouthed and was enough to break my jaw . Omg !!! That grahabedham from Andholika to Mohanam and phases of Hamsadhwani was just .. what should I say ? Yes , worth a billion applause . Yet after listening the thousandth time I feel like listening over and over again . The disparate ragams yet combined by gayatri aunty is somewhat only a genius or a premium prodigy can execute . Nevertheless , I can't tell more on gayatri mam, for I can't write a never ending comment. I would only be vague and prove to be a fallacy. Parameshwari and surya were simply out of the world . This is the 1000th time I'm listening to this unparalleled piece . Honestly ... It has been a tremendous journey of bliss listening to your music right away from start . How on earth do you do innovations like this that are least imaginable . I'm cent percent sure you are not humans. Humans can never weave such kind of magic . Lest if they do it can't be an inch like this . This is a masterpiece, that can uplift ones mood anytime , anyday and any hour . That's your prowess as you keep displaying it to this date and you will do so forever . I'm sure about it . This was so technically deep and perfection is on her pinnacle . When did Gayatri mam do such unimaginable spells on the alapana. The opening by dear Ranjani mam told me that this would be charming and further the developments and progressions went into higher skies . Tanam was like a dive into the river all of a sudden and later the pallavi was aha !! I expected Gayatri mam to come up with magic and lo! There came the reverse grahabedham . All sorts of surreal things are done by her which can have a profound impact on the heart , like kama's arrows touch the heart with so much love . I'm spellbound , stupefied and staggered . Excellent rendering of Ragam Andolika. R & G have done full justice to the Ragam and MLV Amma. For old timers like us it’s MLV Amma who excelled in presenting this Ragam in its full divinity. Ragam Parameswari in ragamalika was new to me and very fine presentation.

My 5 year old nephew who doesn't know anything about carnatic music yet said "Chala baundi"(means it's very nice in telugu) and he listened to the entire thing until pallavi. It's a great feat actually because we find it so hard to make him sit in one place for 10 mins..but now, he sat for so long.

Are we all gullible humans ? I wonder till now when I listen to you both . Absolutely we are gullible , we are not in the position to praise you both which may seem superfluous . But it's my pleasure to share my experience . Andolika was completely new to me unless I discovered this masterpiece by two masterminds . Ranjani mam is quite a rare beauty when she sketches the alapana so beautifully . Just love her simple yet elegant approach towards any raga she sings . It would be short yet the sweetest one that is enough to pervade to my ears . gayatri Mam's painstaking alapana of andolika in teh upper most sthayi is just pricelessly brilliant . A sheer excellence. That parameshwari filled with Gayatri aunty's usual aplomb and of course I have to be dogmatic in saying that it was out of the world . That soorya and parameshwari was incredibly fantastic. I want a full krithi in soorya raga in your voices . If you could pls consider my request . Thank you dearest mam's . Cheers Radha

The way Gayathri madam swayed from Parameshwari to Surya itself was phenomenal, I noticed it and was confused as to when you had suddenly shifted. But when Gayathri madam came back and ended that portion with the high note, it was just mind blowing! And Ranjani madam's sudden movement to Hamsadhwani in between and then Bhatiyaar in the end just brought out 10 different emotions all at once😍😍😍

I really heard this and it was like just a zero time. I am listening to this since morning and it had encouraged me to listen again. And it's so novel when u listen to it thrice four times. The same was also with vasanta. Sometimes I sit for hours together trying out the sangathis that they sing. It's truly amazing. If God is really great I ask him a chance to see these akkas where I can just fall at their feet do each and every seva and offer a humble gurudakshina. Really it's so blissful

RaGa akkas. Wonderfully rendered the raga Andolika. What a bliss. Andolika- What a blissfull raga. Which pulls me into the divine. Tyagaraja swamy's popular krithi, RaGasudha Rasa. Likewise. RaGa akka's rendition is also blissfull. Great. What a bhava. RaGa akkas giving feelings to the singing. We can feel from their facial expression itself. Both the team are Great.
